Absolutely love this place. It is not your topical hotel where you're confined to 4 walls. This hotel is sorrounded by nature, nice and peaceful and elegant at the same time.

It was very nice! Room was beautiful and front desk service was excellent.
The only issue I had was the room was very dusty. Like very dusty.

We went for Thanksgiving dinner. I was very impressed with how they had every food item labeled (if it had a gluten and/or dairy ingredient) I was so excited when I saw the gluten and dairy free chocolate dessert. Due to my food sensitivity, I'm used to not having a dessert option, so I'll eat some fruit for dessert. The food was delicious, and they didn't run out of anything, the service was good, the day was beautiful, the view was beautiful. We would do it again.

Beautiful facility at a beautiful location. I’ve been here 3x in the last few years and they’ve never disappointed. The team is always on the ball and eager to help. The food is delicious, the rooms are comfortable, and the views are spectacular. I highly recommend staying here - especially for a work conference.

We were there for a company event. The place is beautiful. The staff was great, attentive, responsive, and professional. The food was delicious. The views are wonderful.

Was there for one night on a work retreat. The rooms and facilities were immaculate and staff was really friendly and helpful. I also got a massage in the spa and spent time in the sauna and steam rooms, which was super relaxing. My only complaints would be that the tub didn't hold water to take a bath, and the buffet options for vegans were really slim.

Can't speak to the cost, but the facilities are fantastic. Great views, fine food, comfortable bed, and everything is more or less brand new. I'll definitely be looking forward to any other retreats we have here

I really enjoyed my stay here! Although the room was utilitarian, the restaurants and grounds were wonderful! I stayed in a "luxury king" room that consisted of a bed and bathroom. There was a small refrigerator in the room but no microwave. The room did have a nice deck off the back though. It would have been nice if there was a divider between our deck and the others but there wasn't.
The grounds were immaculate with majestic views. There is a walking/hiking trail on the property as well.
The pool/spa area was nice. The volleyball court and tennis courts were nice, too.response / report this review -

I've stayed at the Chaminade a few times now. I would definitely recommend a second floor room. This was the most peaceful stay, even though it washed just one night. I think we may have gotten a room that's seldomly used, as it was a little dustier than usual, but not a deal breaker. We called Ford extra towels and to have the sofa bed made up. After a few attempts to get someone to answer the phone, they came pretty quickly. I'd definitely stay again, especially if I can find the same great deal.

Nice room. Bed very comfortable. AC not quite up to the challenge of a sunny room. Otherwise, nice. Take advantage of valet parking! Otherwise, you may end up with quite a hike.

The view is spectacular from the patio. We've gone here several times and the service is great in the restaurant. We have had to send a couple of dishes back to the kitchen because the cook was a little heavy handed with the salt but they are very gracious about it and we enjoy this brief respite from the hustle and bustle.

We attended a team building event of rope courses at the Chaminade Resort. We enjoyed the event very much. The rope courses event was provided by the Synergy group. It is very challenging, I realized where my comfort zone is, and it's fun at the same time. I would highly recommend it for team building!

Nice resort in nice location. Decent size, clean and modern rooms. Great gym, heated pool and jacuzzi. Restaurant has an amazing view. Would definitely recommend.

We went there for a two day vacation and it was great! The restaurant has a sitting area with a beautiful view and the food was delicious. They have a hiking trail, tennis court and pool which are all so refreshing and relaxing. In the morning, we worked out at the fitness center for about an hour and it was so clean and had all the equipments we needed. The spa was also enjoyable. Great breakfast and wonderful staff! We were so happy with our stay here and I highly recommend it!!!
