  Poor customer service, 3 times in for the same problem and still haven't fixed the wobble at 40mph. Service department manager had no clue on her job. General manger has horrible problem solving skills. Never would i recommend this place for anything. Sure am glad that gm got the bills for the work and not me. It was all covered under warranty but problem was never solved. Should have stayed with FORD! SHAME ON OTTAWA CHEVROLET.

  While visiting Ottawa on business, my wheel bearing went bad. I was able to call and get an appointment. Spoke with Jean in service who took my information over the phone to expedite the process upon my arrival. Frank in service was great in explaining the issue and was even able to come in below the initial quote. I was also informed that the mechanic, Jeff, working on my vehicle agreed to stay late to complete the job. Every employee I encountered was very professional and helpful. Great customer service!!
