The staff went above and beyond for our family when traveling such a long distance with helping to correct the problems as well as being over the top accommodating to us with our puppy and four children never have we send staff so any service like they have we are so appreciative for what they did for us to get us back on the road with such short notice
They were just unbelievably friendly
Also very clean restrooms as well as a nice area for drinks and food and children to color for entertainment

Sold me a crap car 10 years ago. I was 19 and never got a car before. They suckered me into buying a 2004 Oldsmobile alero. The sales guy insisted. Me being young and naive, I listened to what the guy told me. Now that I'm older and smarter I realized they just wanted the piece of junk off the lot. They screwed me with a 22% interest rate on a car that was slowly falling to pieces. The abs light was always on. It turned on two weeks after purchasing the car. Over the years I put a fortune into issues from rust and mechanical problems. I'm surprised the car lasted me through the loan period. I would never buy from these inconsiderate con artists ever again. Don't go here!

Very friendly service staff. Let me know that I might experience a delay because they were busy and offered an appointment on a different day. I accepted the wait anyway and spent time in their comfortable lounge. Fresh coffee and fruit was provided. Work was done exactly within the time they said. Car was delivered back to me sparkling and ready to roll. They also took care of a couple programming recalls that I did not know were needed. Great service!

I recently purchased my second Chevrolet Equinox from Classic of Madison. We have purchased several vehicles from Classic of Madison and referred my brother-in-law, and he purchased a GMC Terrain. Our salesman has always been eager to help us, the finance department is willing to work with us to get the best deal possible and the service department has always been helpful and honest. From all departments, we have been shown respect, willingness to help and the friendliness you expect from people working with the public. We will return for future business as they have set the bar very high!
