On Saturday September 23, 2107 I lost my little Lola. I live in Kansas
city, MO and was spending the weekend at the lake. I panicked not knowing what to do, so my brother started calling several lake area animal clinics. I knew right away this was the place I wanted to take Lola.
When we (my brother and sister were w/me) arrived I stayed outside holding Lola while my brother and sister went inside. After a short period they came out w/one of your staff. I want you to know that she made this experience something that I will never forget. Not only professional, but very patient w/me when I just couldn't give Lola up. I was crying and when I went to hand Lola to her she had tears in her eyes. I felt at ease handing Lola over to her. I watched as she walked away carrying
Lola. I just want to thank her for being so caring. I would recommend your clinic to anyone. Thank you for your compassion! I am so sorry I didn't get your name, but I will never forget how special you are.

While visiting the area, our puppy became sick. They got us right in and provided a separate entrance in case she was contagious. They were great with her and very thorough. Unbelievably reasonable considering they even took x-rays and provided 2 meds. Totally darling place with even a dog walk area, great service and care for your fur baby.

My dog needed a total ear ablasion. I live in Columbia MO. I checked with university animal hospital and they were extremely rude and quoted my $2500 or more they said. So I called around and found Dr.Jay. This hospital is an amazing place and although he's a little quiet Dr.Jay is a very good ,kind,smart Vet. He fixed up my doggy for $1100. That included several follow/up appointments. The staff there are very nice and know their job. Awesome place, Great Doctor.

Helpful and wonderful staff/vets. They were were able to fit my dog in after an accident over 4th of July weekend. We we're just visiting over the holiday weekend but would highly recommend.

Took amazing game care of my 5 mastiffs. No fear but all love and vompassiob. They were completely comfortable for the first time ever at an animal hospital. I'm am humbled and in deep gratitude of every employee there. Such compassion. I'll go NO WERE ELSE.

Everyone here, doctors, techs, and staff, has ever disappointed me with their service. The clinic is clean and the staff is courteous and caring. This is the best place for my pets. I am a very satisfied customer!
