  This place is a complete rip-off and they are money hungry. I kept for boat here for years. Once, I came to take the boat out and it had a foot of water in the cuddy. When it came time to sell the boat, I used KP to broker. They said the boost needed service to sell it, and I agreed to their request. The first round of service did not fix the problem after about $400. Then they said it needed something else, which I agreed to. Finally the problem was solved after much unneeded repair costs. To top it all off, after I sold the boat and requested my pre-paid storage credit, they only refunded me the monthly rate instead of the pre-paid rate that I paid for 6 months prior. Here is Kyle Kelly's last email on the matter:

  Discounted rates are only for full year's lease so that we can guarantee the monthly income. If we can't guarantee the income, we can't justify the discounted rate for dry storage that is at 100% occupancy with a waiting list.
  
  We feel it's the right thing to do to let folks out of their leases if they sell the boat through us so they're not "stuck" in a lease or paying for storage they're not using. Also, it would not be fair to the folks who have paid for the full twelve months for us to give discounted rates to people who did not utilize the full twelve months per the agreement.
  
  That's been a long standing policy and common practice. Sorry it's not what you wanted to hear what that's the system we've developed that makes the most semblance of fairness and consistency to other renters and the business.

  I have been a customer at Kelly"s for 5 years now and two new ordered boats. When they says "Kelly"s Family " they really mean it and treat you like family. I have needed a couple of favors and Kyle and the entire family was there not as a dealer AS A FRIEND AND THAT WHY I WOULDNT EVEN GO CHECK FOR BOAT PRICES ANYWHERE ELSE. GREAT TEAM, GREAT SERVICE, AND GREAT BOAT DEALER FRIEND.

  I got gas here and it was a great experience! All the girls helped fuel, clean, and pump out my boat! If you want to go somewhere with the best gas prices and best customer service this is the place to go!

  On Sunday the 4th of July Weekend while on the Lake Ozarks the alarm for my starboard engine sounded and went into auto shutdown. I called Kyle Kelly from my cell and described my situation and that I was on the lake experiencing this problem. Kyle immediately had Mark the service manager call me, while in shutdown mode and on the water and he instructed me on how to return safely to my dock in the Camdenton the southern most part of the lake. Mark had a Kelly technician at my slip in less than an hour making the repair to my boat. It ends up I had picked up debris causing a water restriction thus shutting down the engine. The Kelly Team replaced an impeller at my dock and had me back on the water with my family within the hour. All of this on the 4th of July weekend. Kyle Kelly and the Kelly's Port Team are "World Class!" From purchase to service "World Class!"
