Vet was very rude, treated me like i didn't know anything about cats. did not take my questions, comments, or concerns seriously. the record of my cat was incorrect and the medicine did not last even half as long as it was supposed to. all i do know is my beloved pet is dying and i have no idea how to handle it, the vet did not seem to care. im expected to come back after shelling out 100$ to be treated like that.
*Update* the vet was full of it. Took her to a different vet and they fixed her with ease. The vet above didnt even weigh her correctly.response / report this review -

This place is the best Vet I have ever been to. Took our Guinea Pig there and it was a severe upper respiratory infection and was very sick. One vet saw her in the room and while we were waiting for medicine in the waiting room, two other vets came out to look at her.
One of our dogs, 12 year old male retriever mix, was seen here several times and when he passed away I took him there to be sent of for cremation . Everyone was sympathetic and supportive. A week later they sent us a card with Harley's paw print on it, and we did not even ask.
These people really care about animals and they will work with you to get the treatment your beloved pets deserve.response / report this review -

I'm a little disappointed in this clinic. The first few times the service was good. My last visit was not. They didn't keep the right record of what they gave my dog. The vet that was working told me to put white vinegar in my dogs ears (since he had a mild infection). Which put him into a panic. I called them and the assistant told me that's like putting the vinegar on a open wound, it burns. Then said I should have deluted it. I guess the doctor didn't think to tell me that. My dog scratched his ears until they were bleeding.
Also my dog has warts now and yeast on his skin (he never did before). Which can be caused by getting a lot of vaccinations (I read online). Except I'm not sure, since I'm not a vet. But I won't be going there anymore. Every time I take him he doesn't get better. Plus the bill is too expensive for them to not give me the right advice for my dog.response / report this review -

I am the sister of Susan Pollard Prussing who is a client of your facility, and has had her cat Mia, and Mia's baby Chubs at your hospital now for the past almost two full days to treat Mia's baby kitten that was in dire need of help when my sister brought her in. I have heard so many wonderful things about your practice, and entire staff, and I understand from the last report that Mia's baby Chubs is doing outstanding and is making a full recovery!!! I am a huge animal advocate, and have so much passion and compassion for animals as well, and to know there are people like your staff that give so much love and care to help these babies makes my heart so overjoyed. Thank you ALL for everything you have done, and all the amount of time you put into saving this little kitty's life!!! Wonderful! The staff was absolutely amazing. Me and my mother were so panicked when we came in yesterday after seeing our dog get hit by a car. Their staff was able to keep us informed on our puppies condition and explained everything we need to do during home care. Thankfully our puppy is doing great she's as happy as ever just a little drugged. We're it from the lake area originally. The vets from Nebraska are total idiots and would over charge us for everything. That is not the case here. The staff here was very understanding about our financial situation and allows payments to be made which is a lifesaver to our family. No other animal clinic will ever compare to the outstanding performance and personality as this one.

Great place!!! I went on a Saturday as a walk-in with my two miniature pinschers. The staff is super nice. The service was great. I didn't have to wait very long at all. They had everything that I needed as far as preventatives and food. Highly recommend!!
