I've tried twice now to use the range at this location. I arrived at 2:30 today to fire a new pistol I just purchased and learned they closed at 3:00 on Sundays. Although the range was empty, the elderly man didn't want to be bothered with having me use a lane for just a short time. I told him I would pay even though I wouldn't get much time (about 25 minutes) but he said "no, because he'd have to clean."This was the 2nd time I visited this business while at the Lake for the weekend and the last time was a very similar experience. I was never helped, never assisted or of offered assistance when I walked through the store, and when I went downstairs to the range I stood for about 10 minutes waiting to be helped and finally turned around and left. Its a very nice store and facility so its a shame the service is so bad.

Customer service is non existent. You are not greeted when you come in the door or by the three employees lazing behind the counter. When someone finally asked if we needed helped we told him what I was looking for. He stood looking at the case and offered nothing after giving us a story about a gun company then walked off back to the counter. Since I felt like I was a bother and they were not interested in my business, I took it elsewhere and will never visit this store again.

A great place to visit. They are all around gun and sport for hunting. Also has a gun range. Lots of stuffed game animals to see.

One of the best firearm stores I have ever been in. The people really know what they are talking about, and are always willing to help you out. Also love this place because even if you aren't looking to purchase anything, the museum is really incredible.

What a great store! The gun museum section is worth make a stop for just by itself. An excellent selection of firearms and accessories. Extremely price competitive and super friendly and helpful guys in the store. A terrific experience-- will definitely be back.
