If you're in search of a MINI and want to interact with the best group of people, this is the place to go. Everyone here is friendly, the waiting room is great, the maintenance/service team is amazing, and they have fantastic deals.
Small concern with my Mini. They promised that they would be done in an hour and they lived up to that promise.
Beautiful cars and nice offices, but the cars need endless repairs literally every few weeks and the employees (although super friendly) are not honest. The place is a polished money racket basically. If you're rich, it's not a prob (about the experience). If you're not, becomes a huge prob rather quickly. huge relief when I sold my Mini and bought a Mazda3.
We have been going to Orlando Mini for years. The staff there are great and we alway have a great experience. I alway expect good customer service which in some places today is hard to get. At Orlando Mini the service department there is outstanding and one person that especially stands out, that is Anthony Brooks. He greets us on the phone by name and always makes us feel like we are the most important people at the dealership. When I think of great customer service I alway bring up Anthony and how he treats us when we go to the dealership. We always look forward to seeing him and the feeling of family when he takes care of our vehicle. Thank you Orlando Mini and thank you Anthony. Luis & Kat Prosper
Great service. Would drive 1 1/2 hour again if need be.
If you buy your mini any place else you must have rocks in your head. Great dealership wonderful people excellent service department.
I have been a loyal customer for 12 years, so when we decided to trade in our mini cooper, I wanted to stay with the brand. we looked at, and liked the countryman. our mini cooper, although 12 years old, was in perfect condition with only 32,000 miles and was serviced by mini exclusively. To my dismay, the trade-in offered was only $2100!
We took our mini to Car Max and they were willing to give us $3500 on the spot. So much for customer loyalty We purchased another car, with the $3500 trade-in. Apparently business is so good they can afford to lose a valued customer. I will never do business with them again.
Well I came in to find a car because I was planning to make a purchase next week, trouble at short notice and all.
I walked in and walked around looking at cars for 5 minutes and didn't get approached once.
I'm sure there are other places to buy a Mini Cooper. If you can get the service, there is a huge stock so you should be able to find close to what you're looking for.
I visited Orlando Mini from Jacksonville Fl and ended up buying a used Toyota Venza, My buying experience there was very pleasant like i was buying a Rolls Royce , Jackie the sales person was very professional, Sam the manager and Anthony in finance was very helpful and easy to work with. Orlando Mini is very lucky to have these fine employees.
Great experience very helpful staff and a special mention for Jackie and Steve the Tech guy really knows his stuff.
My personal experience at Fields Mini was excellent. The staff and sales team were better than any I have dealt with in the past. Got a great deal on my trade-in, and on the vehicle I purchased. I would recommend Fields Mini to anyone in the market. Not to mention, I love my mini! Thanks for a great deal on a great car guys!!!
Excellent service! As soon as you drive up you are greeted and taken care of right away. Adante my service adviser is always helpful, polite and courteous. He knows how to take care of his customers.
The service department is great. But sadly that is it. Sales rep was horrible. From the minute I walked in the door it felt like he wanted me to leave. I have never felt so uncomfortable. He had no intentions of assisting me in a vehicle purchase. I do apologize in advance to whoever may be offended by this but I feel as I was not treated correctly because of my ethnicity. To keep it short. Service department is great. Sales department is horrible if you are hispanic.
