Up front they're professional that being said, I'm a service tech we spend time trouble shooting problems. I know for most technicians at large dealerships warranty work pays less. I can't say that's the same there. I know that I was sent on my way with 2 major concerns not taken care of. One being brakes locking up yet the lead tech was unable to find an issue!??? Apparently if the diagnostic doesn't read they're unable to address the issue! I was told to bring it back so they could further address the issue. Not everyone has the time during business hours to repeatedly go back for the same issue. Never going back!

If you want to deal with a great salesman and a super honest guy see Jake Vore at Mullinax.. He really took care of my wife and I. When we get ready to purchase another Ford we will definitely purchase it from Jake. We have bought from other Ford dealerships and would never go back to them for various reasons. . Mullinax and Jake make a great team.

Great dealer. No hassle, no dealer fees and they kept word post sale on some issues that we didn't even get in writing (risky on me!). Everyone was friendly! If you go to buy a new vehicle ask for Frankie! He will do whatever he can to make sure you are happy and get what you want!

I would really like to commend Warren Marks, the sales person i had! I dont like games and tricks when it comes to money deals, but this guy was excellent without being pushy. And when a small potential issue reared it head just after signing, he dealt with it immediately. Two thumbs up, one for Warren and one for the dealership!

The finance department at Mullinax was extremely understanding of my situation as a first time buyer and earned three stars for that alone. The dealership also shipped the car in from another state so I was able to get exactly what I wanted without paying for useless extras, earning another star.

But the experience was not perfect. My sales person texted me to relay the interest rate I'd been approved for and I went in that day to buy. But after four hours of test driving and paperwork, as I was about to sign the final of a dozen forms, I saw that the actual interest rate they were giving me was higher than what the salesperson had promised. In truth, it was still better than any other rate I'd been offered, so I still signed. And if they had told me from the start that I'd been getting that rate, I would have been just as happy to buy. But I can't help feeling like they tried to trick me into spending an entire night signing paperwork knowing that when they pulled the bait and switch, I'd be too invested to walk away.

Another small problem: I found that two spacers in the suspension, meant to be removed after shipping the car, were never taken out. So the ride will be very bumpy and squeaky until I am able to get it to a service center to have these spacers removed. I don't expect this to damage the car, but I'm not happy about needing to take it into the shop within two weeks of buying it.

Overall, if I had to choose again, I would still buy my car from Mullinax. But I was hoping for a smoother buying experience.

This Ford dealership is amazing. I went to a competing Ford dealership a couple days ago and they wouldn't budge on their price. I went to Mullinax Ford and got the same exact vehicle for $3,000 less than what the competing dealership was asking for. The competing dealership told me the title of the vehicle I wanted was $300 more than what Mullinax told me. Plus there was no dealership fee! Al was very helpful and I'm thankful I was able to get the car I wanted! Everyone was very nice and after the deal went through I wasn't able to take it home, they brought it to my house the next day! I will definitely be going back here in the future for my next vehicle!

I took my 2007 Ford Mustang GT for service. I had an idea that the alternator was bad and I was having issues with the driver seat mechanism (electric seats). Two days after I dropped off the car for diagnostic and repair, I receive a phone call and was told that the alternator needed to be replaced (I knew that already) at a cost of approximately $600 and the seat rail had to be replaced at a whopping cost of approximately $1,200. Mind you, I was already being charged approximately $120 in diagnostic fees, which is understandable. I found the cost of the seat rail to be quite excessive, so I did not have them do that. I WAS going to have them replace the alternator, but they would not roll the diagnostic fee into the cost of replacing the alternator, which is something that many shops do. Now, the real kicker is thisas it turns out, the seat rail was NEVER the issue with the driver seat. The problem was a small switch that costs less than $150 and takes 5 minutes to replace. So, I was charged the diagnostic fees only to be given incorrect information. Should I have allowed them to do the work, I would be over $2K into this repair when in reality a $150 part and 5 minutes would have completely repaired my seat. What kind of diagnostics does Ford do??? What did I pay you guys for; wrong information? There was ZERO reason to replace the entire rail system when the repair is just a small switch on the side of the seat. Come on, Ford. Get it together!! With that said, I would appreciate a response on this, as I have already spoken to Janice and was told the manager would call back, but clearly they didn't. I'd like either a refund on the diagnostics that I paid or for Ford to provide me with the switch.

Quite disgusted with the service received recently. From the technician to the service rep to Enterprise where they obtain loaner/rental cars from. I typically do my own work but I have an extended warranty so why wouldn't I try to save some money and work hours. There were 2 issues. ABS/Brake/Traction control dash lights were on and there was a coolant leak. My warranty company will cover brake speed sensors and coolant reservoirs. Lights were on because of a "brake sensor" and coolant leak was a leaking "line". I was told from the service rep that it would be just over $1,300 for everything which included 2 tires for calibrating the speed sensor. I asked him to put everything (excluding tires) through the warranty company. This was communicated to my warranty company as quoted above. Service rep said they won't cover a brake sensor and gave me the part number. They also won't cover hoses/linesunderstood. The part number description through Ford says "abs speed sensor" which will be covered but I have to go back and forth with the service tech to convince him of this and to go back to the warranty company for coverage. So now they will cover the sensor but only so much work time. Apparently they hire sloths to work on vehicles because it will take an hour (ended up taking me 8 minutes to replace). The warranty company will pay for 0.8 hours but it was submitted as 3 hours to include diagnostic time. I asked how much to do the work minus the tires. The response was over $600 so they are attempting to charge me $700 for 2 tires!! I ended up getting frustrated and asked them how much to pick up my truck$129 for diagnostics. After inspecting my truck the coolant leak was coming from the reservoir quick connect and can only be purchased as an assembly (reservoir and line) which is a known issue. So I got screwed over on that as well. I ended up fixing both issues for $83 myself. I ended up having a long conversation with the warranty company and it turns out the dealership was attempting to up-charge multiple items. One of the last conversations I had with the service rep was attempting to get me to dump my extended warranty company and buy one through the dealership (seriously?). The last issue comes along with them not having a loaner vehicle and going through Enterprise. After speaking with Enterprise 3 times and the dealership 2 times to figure out their communication issue and simply get the dealer to confirm they are covering a day because of not working on my vehicle, I still get charged for 4 days instead of 2. I always had suspicions about big service dealers and this confirms it pretty well. Maybe it was because I walked in with a dress shirt and tie and looked like an easy target, but I'm confident I know more about motor vehicles than these people.

Josh was awesome! He was so personable and we had so much in common. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and he made it super easy. I always thought dealerships are just in it to take your money, but Josh was genuinely happy whenever I was saving. Everyone here was so polite and friendly. I encourage anyone looking for a new or used car to come here! Their selection is great and you cannot beat the customer service!

Mullinax has renewed my faith in honest car dealerships. Nico got me what I needed in a timely manner. He got us the right price. We weren't pressured and it was enjoyable to buy our 2016 Ford Edge from them recently. When a previous Ford dealer had destroyed my trust in the Ford brand, Mullinax showed me nothing was wrong with the brand I just was dealing with the wrong dealership. I must say I was impressed by the fact Nico could show me his computer screen. I always thought that was a no, no. Goes to show they have nothing to hide and are very upfront pricing. Thank you, thank you. It was well worth the drive.

I scoured the web for the best price and inventory for our companies new Transit XL 350 and I kept coming back to Mullinax. When we arrived at the Apopka location we were greeted with a smile and a handshake by Nelson immediately. He was personable, knowledgeable and speedy. They did have a small issue with their car key box system but Nelson had us focus on other paperwork while he was waiting for it to come back online. I'd recommend Nelson and Mullinax to anyone looking for a new Ford at a great deal.

Just bought a used car from Mullinax Ford, Darrel Davis was the salesman. I am 53 years old and have dealt with many car dealers in my life. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a car dealer and also Darrel is the best sales man I have ever come across. He was very knowledgeable and the most honest used car salesman I have ever met! Thank you Darrel and Mullinax Ford, Keep up the great work!!!!

I Recently bought a car from Randy McDonald at Mullinax Ford. Out of all my experiences in buying and looking for cars Randy gave me the satisfaction of him making sure i was well taken care of. Not only did randy meet all of my needs that were asked of him. He took 40 minutes out of his time to handle a syncing issue that the car was having with the Bluetooth. Besides that in the show room, Randy had great energy and amazing customer service. Getting us bottles of water without us asking and allowing us to get in and out of the showroom ready to take the car home in under a hour. All in all it was by far my best experience in purchasing a car. If any of the other salesman are as good as Randy at Mullinax Ford your car shopping experience will be a breeze. I would recommend Mullinax ford of central Florida to anyone.

Easy and painless. I love the fact that they don't try to sneak in any of those redundant dealer fees in the deal. Based on my experiences with other dealers over the years, I kept expecting the gotcha moment but it never came. I love my CPO F-150 King Ranch. Additionally, Esteban Ramirez was exceptionally professional easy to work with. No pushy tactics or typical salesmen behavior which was greatly appreciated. I did plenty of research before and after the purchase to feel confident that my purchase price was very fair. No buyers remorse here.
