Went there last week and had to wait almost 20 minutes for someone to come over and get our drink order. Watched our server wait on 2 other tables that got seated after us. Server did not come to take or order until he heard us say there is another restaurant around the corner we can go to. Food was mediocre at best. Seemed rather tasteless. Had to wait for almost 5 minutes after we asked for the bill. We relied on the reviews when we picked this place. They were wrong. We won't go back.

Hands down the freshest fish in the area. Nice selection of fish to choose from. Specials are always on point. If you like fish go check this place out. Family owned. Stay away from chains and support your local.

Food was good - we wanted fish & chips. Asked some questions as it was first time. When we told the lady ( owner) we wanted to try whiting or cod she said oh no you want grouper or blah blah. Turned us off. We ordered whiting & cod anyway- both very good. Point is- PROMOTE EVERYTHING!! DONT TRY TO UPSELL JUST CAUSE YOU ARE SLOW. FOOD IS GOOD EVEN COLE SLAW. MANAGEMENT NEEDS SOME HELP! SURPRISED THEY HAVE MADE IT 5 YEARS 🎃

We are regulars. Service and food are exceptional! If you like seafood come here. It's fresh and delicious. The cod and salmon are so good. Gotta come.

Good as usual. Been here many times with only one bad experience. Every other visit has been good. I really like the cod fish and chips. Everything else is second place.
Best to come when the place is not busy. Fish and Chips special on Mondays is an unbeatable value.response / report this review -

The food was actually really good from the lobster rolls to gumbo shrimp to the jumbo shrimp and bang bang shrimp and my favored crab cakes Was so fresh and good the waiter was great and the owner and wife were both rude and unprofessional. We came here to eat out cause we wanted something different on our vacation trip

Homey and small place with HUGE flavor. You can taste the freshness in every bite. Best conch fritters I've ever had. Been here several times now - its my go to seafood restaurant.

My husband and have been going there for yrs. Even when they were in the old location. I can't remember getting anything that wasn't excellent. The restaurant is very clean and our favorite waiter is James. I can't believe anyone would have anything bad to say about the restaurant or Ray and Ruth the owners.

So incredibly disappointed in our trip here. I have heard several good things and wanted to give it a try. First of all our server was extremely inexperienced and had no idea about any of the food or the specials. We ordered appetizers that never showed up, soup and salad showed up after main course (that was only because we mentioned it), fish was under cooked and tasteless, and cold slaw(that we did not order as we asked for hushpuppies) arrived after the to go container was filled and check was paid. I felt like I was on a hidden camera show. I could not believe the series of events and the lack of concern or consideration we received. All we received was a bunch of excuses about new waiter, new cooks, and they were busy. Sorry guys 1 time was enough for me, we won't be back.

I liked this place quite a bit. Only reason they lost a star is because our waiter spent most of the time complaining about his manager to us. It was really quite uncomfortable and we couldn't tell if he was joking or not. Other than that the food was good and the service was quick.

A friend told me about this place and I decided to try it out. It's small but decent amount of seating. Our waiter Chris, was very friendly and helpful. We also met the cook Brandon who prepared our food!! I took my parents and they both had the whole fried snapper which they devoured! I had whiting and shrimp which was also good. Everything came out on time and tasted fresh. Good experience, I would go back and also recommend.
