So I called a lot of dealers looking for the best price for a Jeep Renegade for my daughter and every single dealership treated me like just another number but when I called Orlando Jeep at 4101 w Colonial and i spoke to Emmanuel he treated me like a friend, I felt he was trying to help me and not just to make a sell and he went an extra mile to look for what I wanted and he was very patient with me with my schedule and my demands , so there’s a Chrysler Jeep near my house but I drove to them even though it was more distant from my house and I did not regret it because once I got there the service got even better and Emmanuel and his assistant Joel treated me and my wife and my daughter like family, even the business manager Charlie was great to deal with . Thank you guys for making my daughters first car purchase experience one that she will never forget

Reading previous bad reviews about Beth, this should come to no surprise.

I have had one experience with this dealership and I pray I don’t ever have to come back here again. Beth is a rude, smartass, and her tone of voice is plain nasty. You guys need to fire her. The service manager whoever he was, is no better. Very rude guy, had no respect for me what so ever. Just because my vehicle was here for a recall doesn’t mean I don’t deserve the same amount of respect that a person bringing in a Dodge Demon would get. I didn’t feel like I was welcome here, I was never offered water, the customer lounge (if they had one), and had to sit outside for 2 hours waiting on various things. I would encourage people to not come to the service Dept at this dealership, RUDE people, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Excellent experience. I had dealt with other dealers and none of them compared to Orlando Dodge. Manny was pleasant, informative, and got right to the point. After the fact Joe and Jose were very helpful. These guys are not your normal dealership.

I was very pleased with the friendly and helpful people at the Orlando Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership. It was pretty much a straight up deal. I went for a ride in the car, asked a bunch of questions and got answers with no dancing around, decided I wanted it, discussed the price and came to an agreement. Done deal!! Just the way I like it and I'm happy with my car.

I have been interested in purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee for over two years. I have been in and out of several dealerships all making me feel pressured and uncomfortable as a first time car buyer. But NOT this team!

Literally everyone on the team (and I mean EVERYONE) treated me as if I was family. They looked out for my best interest. They took time to explain the details of the car buying process, the contract, how the Jeep works, etc. Manny helped me with my purchase and was friendly, professional and helpful. The Sales Manager, Nick, was just as great. Charlie helped me in finance, and they were all so personable! I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience, and I have them to thank for it.

If you're interested in buying a car I will HIGHLY recommend this team any day of the week. Fast, friendly, and no pressure. Thank you for an awesome car buying experience!

First off I would like to say, My truck was not working and was towed to a different dodge dealership with terrible service and two weeks and it still wasn't fixed. I called this dealership and the part was ordered for me before I had the truck even towed over. Pleasantly surprised to be treated with great and quick service. They had my rental loaner ready for me to drive since my poor wife was without a vehicle for over two weeks! Kevin was the best and ordered the part right away. As well as nick the service manager took great care of me, and assured everything would be fixed correctly and promptly. . . and it was! so happy I called here, and decided to change to this dealership. Thanks!

Great car dealer. Hassle free, customer oriented, friendly staff. Danny Ortiz and Ismael were excellent to deal with.

The small issues with the car were handled immediately and efficiently.

Recommend anyone looking to buy a car to come here first. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

The first question they asked me was, did you buy the car here? Then they said it would be at least 5 days before they would be able to look at my vehicle. All I needed to know was the car safe to make it home. Then they tried to sell me a new battery and an oil change.

I hate to do this because I have bought several cars from this dealership, one from Orie Smith who is no longer there sadly and I've also dealt with Jeff on another sale who i just found out tonight is no longer there as well. They even purchased a vehicle from me when I didn't purchase one from them, so yes there is history!

I went in with no real expectations knowing my current credit situation and felt if I could get a car loan, Orlando Dodge would be a safe start.

My salesman who was nice, polite and professional had explained to me what i had already known and I was satisfied with the outcome. We sat discussing my options and such when we are greeted by a clown by the name of Mike who I was told is the new used car sales manager or something, which I don't understand as to how we crossed paths because I was looking to purchase new. He spoke so loudly and so rudely to me. You would have thought this clown was speaking to then entire sales floor at how loud he spoke. He had nothing to add and was simply repeating everything my salesman had just explained but in a nice, more professional and polite way. This man spoke to me like I was 3rd class citizen who understood no English and had a foot growing out of my head and not like a person/customer there to buy their 3rd vehicle and one with a history long relationship with the dealership having bought several vehicles as well as referring others to them.

I was told that he was new and it's extremely unfortunate because he is the type of Crackerjack box clown that would run a solid family owned business into the ground. Who hired this clown? I wouldn't buy a bag of peanuts from him and if this has become the new representation of Orlando Dodge, I will pass.

I wanted so badly to curse this fool out but out of respect for my salesguy, I refrained. He is the one that has to deal with this guy on a regular basis, not me. Will I gather my documents and go back and purchase the vehicle from them now, I honestly can't say but with that greeting, I am in no rush to.

Someone really needs to teach this clown some etiquette and manners. He's rough as hell and served no purpose in joining us at the table to add nothing but disrespect and rudeness.

To the Orlando Dodge brothers (owners) who are still there:

Hire a few more clowns such as this to represent what your dad worked so hard to build and it will be run into the ground in no time flat!

I drive pretty far just to get here for my service checks because I prefer them to the dealership near me. Friendly, great service, easy to schedule service appointments, and I've never had any issues with them providing a car to me if necessary or anything else that would cause a negative experience. Great customer service as well as car service. I would definitely recommend!

I had such a wonderful time buying my Jeep Patriot the other day. Pedro was so great. He had the car ready for us to test drive and explained everything with such great detail. They also gave me a great price for the car I wanted to trade in the first time around. There was 0 hassle working with Pedro. He was so kind and I even left some cds in my old car that meant a lot to me and I was able to go back to next day and Pedro arranged it so that I could get them back. I have never had such a quality experience at a dealership. I will definitely be coming back to get my services done and anything else I need.

There should be two ways to rate a dealership. I will start with the sales team as that is where my first impression of the place took place. I have great things to say about the car buying experience at this dealership. All of there sales associate were very professional, knowledgeable,and friendly. No one was pushy . Prior to me stopping here I had been looking for the truck of my dreams for almost a year. Every other dealer that I went to was not willing to give me there time or did not take me serious. I had a very specific truck that I wanted. I was very open about where my credit was at Other dealers at that point did not even care they actually turn me down . And my credit was not bad but also not the best it was midd range.The salesman said don't you worry I'm sure we can work with you. And they did, they were able to get me out of a vehicle that I no longer wanted and was throwing money away in that payment . And into the truck that I was looking for almost a year. I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase and I don't feel like I was sold. Very satisfied with how this dealership is willing to work for the customer and go the extra mile.

We purchased our new van from Orlando Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram about a month ago and would highly recommend them. At first we were concerned because the salesman met us at the car, which is generally the sign of a high pressure dealership, but that turned out to be the exact opposite of who they were. They worked with us and got us to where our payments needed to be, were extremely nice, and felt truly genuine about the whole process. We even received a call from their GM a few days later asking us about our experience and thanking us for shopping with them. We would highly recommend them to everyone!
