A very enjoyable night out. First time visiting and can't wait to return. I spent most of my time around the fire pit.

I’ve been to this restaurant two times before and I’ve had decent experiences during the dinner timeframe. However yesterday when I brought my parents for lunch, it was absolutely awful. The server who served us had no personality, didn’t greet or ask us how we were doing. Essentially he had a poker face. At first I thought this was a joke but I was wrong. As the lunch continued we were given dirty plates twice. I would assume that if we asked for clean plates a second time the server would check before giving dirty plates a second time. Once we placed our order I got my hamburger without any condiments. I requested ketchup and didn’t get it for at least 10 minutes. By this time my food had gotten cold as we were outside and I requested to speak to the manager. The manager stopped by and asked, “What do you need?” I informed the manager that the server had not been checking on us nor did he have any type of good attitude during his service. I also informed him that my food had gotten cold and that it took 10 minutes just to get ketchup without them asking if I wanted any condiments. He responded, “Well I was there when your food was made and it was hot. What do you want me to do.” I said, “I’m just voicing my concerns to you.” He said “ok” and promptly walked away. Our original server came back with a slightly better attitude as I assume the manager spoke to him. At the very end the manager went to my father and said, “You, yourself have a good day” without acknowledging my mother or I. Furthermore they advertise that they do parking validation in the garage behind the restaurant but refused to validate our parking by stating the server stating, “we only validate after 4:30” and the front desk responding with, “we only validate after 6pm.” From this there was not a clear answer. The restaurant’s front desk also didn’t have any comment cards and was perplexed when I asked for one. I will not be going to this restaurant again. Rude server, inexperienced manager, and false advertising of free parking.

Service was excellent. Party of 6 and 3 of us ending up not feeling to great afterwards. I had the Cajun salmon pasta. Tasted great but had a bad outcome.

A great place to avoid!!! Had reservations, arrived 25 minutes early, restaurant half full, wouldn't seat us. Finally seated us 10 minutes after our reservation. Had to ask twice for kids menus. Kids food served in advance of adults (not requested). No silverware on the table. Brought napkin and silverware for 1 of 2 children and just silverware for second child. Adults food comes out, no silverware for adults. Wife and I ordered the same entree (both on special) each missing different sides. Had to wait an unreasonable amount for check to be dropped and again for it to be picked up. Turkey was dry, gravy was tasty just not enough. Garlic mashed potatoes were very good. Stuffing was alright. Never did get the ketchup we requested for the French fries. Never again!!!

The waitress was rude, slow and the food was horrible. For this price range they should make thier own French fries not frozen crinkle cut fries, the fried fish (fish and chips) was do dry. The blackened fish sandwich was a disappointment as well. Would not go back to that restaurant.

Absolutely a big waste of money, I paid $35 for what they told me was a full glass of wine and in reality was half a glass and some tasteless linguini..the waiter took forever and rarely came to the table. This was a waste of my money 0 out of 10 I do not recommend. For a "classy" and expensive place I expected a lot more, super unhappy

Came here on a Thursday night. Fast casual type of place. It starts off slow but by the time we left at 10pm, it was fun and lively. Super spacious and airy. Ask them for spicy drinks, and they'll make you a super super spicy drink which was what I needed! Food is mixed. Nachos just ok. Cheese plate was great.

Small high-endish place in a cool spot. Great food with average portions that come with a bit of a price tag. Service is usually pretty good but they can get overwhelmed at times.

Mainly came in here to have a nightcap with friends but got some appetizers and all of it was great! Service was a little slow but not "bad". I don't like having to chase a waiter but had to do that here. Otherwise, 5 stars! :)

Great food, warm atmosphere, excellent service! Best brunch I've had in a while. Huge mimosas served in wine glasses and unlimited at $10! Great prices for brunch. Definitely recommend 310 Lakeside.

In January my husband and I held our wedding reception at 310 and our experience was unforgettable. Even from the beginning Hannah was extremely accommodating to our custom request to have ceviche at our cocktail reception and they knocked it out of the park. The night of the reception the staff was great and the food was incredible. They truly made our wedding day a memorable one.

We recently held an event at 310 Lakeside: Real Moms Club. Hannah, the Events Manager, was absolutely wonderful through the entire process. She made sure the menu and location options met our needs and kept us informed every step of the way. When we arrived, everything was prepared and ready for our guests to join us. Everyone enjoyed the food and elegant atmosphere. Highly Recommend!
