Very clean and reasonably priced hotel in a great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall, a quaint hotel in Santa Barbara, centrally located. We stayed in one of the bigger suites. The bathrooms need some updating, but overall a pleasant stay.

Super rude staff. Was in town for a wedding and we were waiting outside our room for an uber and a staff member came out and rudely said we need to quiet down. It's 830 on a Saturday night and we were not being overly loud just casual conversation. Then proceeded to ask us if we were leaving and when we responded yes he said "good, leave." Horrible experience grown man who doesn't use basic manners to paying customers.

I've paid much less for much better equipped hotels. Lights were so dim you could barely see anything. It lacked a fridge and wi-fi almost didn't work. They didn't serve breakfast. At least it had a nice swimming pool.

This was a good place for what I needed. Just one night and close to the Santa Barbara bowl. I don't think I could stay for longer than a day or two. The room had most amenities (television, bathroom, desk, air conditioning), wish it had a mini fridge, wifi in the room (they offered in the lobby), and maybe bathroom shelves. I found a discounted room looking on Google so it was fairly inexpensive. So this place is perfect for a quick get away.

Dirty. Old band aid and soap bar left on shower vent window sill. Stains on one of the bed comforter. The room smelled like cheap cologne. It was quiet and a bed so I guess it did it's job. A little overpriced for what I got.

Horrible customer service. Reserved 2 bd; 2 rooms. Booked the rooms by phone and info given by email. Called to confirm and they never entered the request. They never entered the info on Friday so Monday they entered it wrong. Given 2 rooms with a King bed each. Reservations were business related. Employees had to share a one bed room. Booked 4 nights, checked out early. The desk person made sure to mentione they were charging us for 4 nights. A decent hotel would have just charged the 3 nights. I have a feeling they will book those rooms once we checked out. Horrible.

Found this last minute. The photos looked good and it had updated paint and carpet. The rest of the place was a 1980s motel. Fixtures were beyond old as were the windows. Ants came out of the bathroom drains and the pool was a non-heated joke. Sharp palm frawns were all over the deck and the pool was rather dirty. Online mentioned a continental breakfast and the lobby was set up for it but they said it wasn't offered. Seems like it might have had new ownership recently. Not for the better.
