Scott is always a pleasure to work with, very fair and professional. Optimum Signs has cleaned up poor work by other companies and is my go to company in all of Wisconsin. The best part of working with them, besides Scott :), is that they not only have exceptional electrical sign installation skills but they are also great at large scale digitally printed graphics and other vinyl work as well. They are a well rounded company, very responsive with great communication and work hard to accommodate my schedule - even making room for me when there is none. When I first contacted Scott about a sign for my new, small business, I was impressed with his quick response and interest in doing business with me. Due to push back from the city on the type of sign I originally proposed and had discussed with Scott, my sign order to Optimum Signs decreased 77% in overall price because I went with a more simplified sign. From that point forward, it seems my business was not very important to Scott. It took 11.5 weeks to receive the sign --- trails of communication with Scott tend to indicate the order for my sign was not placed on a timely basis, yet Optimum Signs had received a cash deposit from me equal to 2.3x the new sign price. In fairness to Scott for the reduced sign business I had asked Scott to quote prices for some other graphics items --- I received no quotes. I am pleased with the quality of the pan form sign I received, which was made by another company and simply brokered by Scott. My initial 'small' business with Scott/Optimum Signs may have grown over time; but due to the overall experience in trying to do business with Scott, I will be taking all further signage/graphics business elsewhere.
