The staff were very pleasant but that was the only high note. The unit I stayed I had booked turned out to be interested with bugs (dead ones, fortunately) and there was no way to switch units as it was too late at night for anyone to be working the desk. I ended up having to find another hotel and pay the last minute booking rate but at least the employee at Caribbean Club was good about refunding me.

While the rooms were very spacious, they were dusty and needed swept. Little to no kitchen supplies so make sure to bring your own. Prices were good and included passes to indoor and outdoor pool. Only one front parking space is allowed per rental so if you bring more than one car, prepare to have someone park far away.

I wish I could get negative stars as this place would rate a -5!
The picture online do not represent the condos at all. The place was filthy, and had not been cleaned in long time. Dog feces stains on the carpets, dog urine on the walls, dirty dishes in the cabinet, stains on the beds, flith every where. We left and refused to stay as it was so bad. This is a direct reflection on management or lack thereofno one is checking to see that these units are cleaned! Management blamed owners and contact cleaning service, but no one is checking to be sure it's been cleaned!

This was an okay resort to stay in. It had the most amazing view when looking off of the porch. We could see our little beach and the lake. Ducks came up often and were so cute. We got in like super late so we didn't notice right away, but the couches and carpet looked as if they had not been vacuumed out in a while. We cleaned it all up and picked up under the cushions. One of the blankets in the bed one of our group members were sleeping in had a big stain on it, and one bed was made completely wrong with one blanket tucked in so that you could sleep one way and the one under it tucked so you sleep the other way. All of the appliances worked well and the kitchen was nice. We only got one trash bag a day which didn't work well with the big group we had. The pool was nice. The outdoor pool has a lot for younger kids and the indoor one has a basketball net. Overall it was ok because we weren't in there very much, but it could have been better.

The location and the property in general were great. It has nice kids pool and has a good family atmosphere. The area by the lake was very nice.
We had problems with the unit we stayed in. It had a musty, wet dog smell., many light bulbs were burned out, one light fixture was missing a switch and some outlets were worn and loose - make sure you wiggle your charger plug till you get a good contact. You'd think the cleaning people would have noticed and reported to the office of the light issues - how can they clean well in a dimly lit room?
The deck that overlooked the lake was not cleaned. We had to sweep the leaves and cobwebs and clean the tables ourselves. Otherwise, it had an excellent view of the lake.
The unit was close to a dumpster which was overflowing with debris on the ground. I was a bit worried some debris might be blown into the swimming pool which was just across the driveway.
The staff at the office and the maintenance person who replaced the bulbs were all very nice and friendly.response / report this review -

Nice location on quiet side of lake delton but 5 minutes to everything. Condotel layout of units is spacious, view of lake is terrific. A great place to stay for a day or a week.

It's right on the beach so you can sit out and enjoy a nice cold one with the boys. They have an indoor and outdoor swimming area, both are plenty fun. The indoor one even has a ping-pong table! All in all a great place to stay or buy a condo!

Would have received 5 stars because the condo we stayed in #407 was beautiful. Fully stocked kitchen and very clean. Nicely decorated also and you can see the lake from the porch. The lake is a few steps from the door. Off the main strip but the views, solitude and space outweighs all of that.

Best childhood memories were had at this resort. I'm 38 nowwe stayed the year it opened. It was amazing to us kidswe were thrilled with the pool!! I stopped in the lot today just to relive memories. 😊
