The rooms are very clean and spacious! I love the rain shower head - it gives the bathroom a very spa-like feel! My only complaint is that there is no microwave in the room and no fan in the bathroom but, other than that, it's great!

I travel cross country frequently to visit my terminally ill mother. The inn is a halfway point, which is why I originally booked a stay here the first time. I've now stayed multiple times and will continue to do so. First thing you'll notice is how nice and clean the property is. Once you enter, you are greeted by the nicest staff possible. Seriously, I think they just rounded up the nicest people in Athens and gave them a job. The rooms are nice, the bathroom is beautiful, and everything is emaculately clean. The restaurant is nice, it can be pricey, but it's well worth it. The food is incredible, my compliments to the chef. If you're anywhere in the general location needing a bed for the night, look no further. Great room and great rates.

I have stayed at the OU in many times and each experience has been great. This time I had friends with me and I accidentally booked a room with one king instead of two queens and they were very accommodating when I realized my mistake. Everything was very clean and a good location close to campus for the price.

Celebrated a wedding here and spent the night! Great room and fantastic shower although the hot water kept going out. They helped make the special day fantastic! I would definitely stay again.

The service at Cutler's is always slow. The food is ok, but overpriced. Have had to send food back to the kitchen there before for various issues.

I enjoyed our stay here. My wife and I came here with our 3 dogs. The rooms were clean and the first floor rooms have access to a nice courtyard. There is also a nice little park across the road.

Very nice clean rooms. Big TV. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet hotel. Couldn't hear our neighbors or people walking down hallway. Breakfast costs a little more, but, it is not your typical hotel continental breakfast.

The hotel is nicely updated and the common areas are pretty modern. The staff have been very friendly. The food is overpriced compared to other hotels.

Rooms are comfortable and welcoming, the front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the real story here is Cutler's, the restaurant. The food was delightful, the service friendly, the live music exceptional. Why go out when you can have that kind of experience staying in?

Stayed here for two nights in mid-April. Room was clean and everything was in good working order. TV and Internet worked well. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The only down side is that unlike many other hotels in the area, breakfast is not included in the room rate. There is a restaurant onsite, and many other places to eat nearby. This is one of several area hotels that I check whenever I have to go to Ohio University. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and I was legitimately impressed by their customer service. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated and I absolutely loved the shower. Great room service too - Delicious food - the apple crisp was especially good.
