Nice place. It'll be better once construction is done but the room we were in was newer and pretty nice. The construction was just in the lobby area.

Highly recommend!! We arrived here late in the evening after having truck trouble on the road. The staff member who I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and professional. While checking in, he was also super nice and very accommodating. We were traveling with a dog and they were pet friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and all the staff we encountered was friendly, polite and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon, etc. and even gluten free muffins. There was also nice walking trails right behind the hotel. We would definitely recommend this place!

One of the nicest hotels in the area. Rooms are very nice and very reasonable priced. Breakfast was delicious. Staff is very nice too. However, the rooms were not ready by check in time.

Courteous staff, clean rooms, good location. They were in the process of remodeling during my stay. My room had yet to be remodeled. My coworker's room was remodeled with the newer modern style. I enjoyed that they still give out a newspaper at this location.

Clean rooms and friendly staff with reasonable rates made my stay very pleasant. Nice breakfast with waffles and other hot foods as well!

Fantastic, rooms are almost upscale. Not bad for economically priced hotel. Front desk I believe his name wss kory. Recommended a great pizza place. Great service here.

Our room was very comfortable, everything seemed clean and fresh. We seemed to have an issue with the water in the shower, it was so sensitive and only went to burning hot or freezing cold. But, they seem to be doing some renovations and another room we stayed in was perfect! I love the tv channels and movies they offer, the breakfast was great, and it's a good location to drive to the must-see areas in Ohio(=

Just off the expressway. Nice, clean room. Dog friendly. Great dog park right behind hotel. Restaurant and pharmacy right in front.

Clean, comfortable and safe. Close to downtown and campus. Friendly staff. $10 taxi to downtown including tip for 1 person. Great breakfast. Look forward to staying here again when in the area.

Awesome staff and spacious modern rooms. A great breakfast with just about anything you need. Microwave and mini fridge to help make it through the week, and I was surprised to find a Keurig in the room too! The only thing that bothered me was that the hot water seemed to fluctuate so I would have to adjust it a few times while in the shower. Not sure if anyone else had this trouble. Overall, great place!

Very nice stay, the building was clean & well maintained, the room was immaculate. Cozy bed & pillows, quiet room. Staff were friendly & helpful; one of the nicest HIX I've stayed in.

We got work up at 6:15 am because the smoke alarm went off throughout the whole hotel. We had a 2 and 4 yr old that wouldn't go back to sleep. We were not offered any kind of compensation or even an I'm sorry. Other than that the stay was good. Breakfast I'd rate as the best I've had.
