Maybe they should tell you before they go scissor happy that they cant do what your asking, I showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted BEFORE cutting, and after they destroyed me they had the nerve to say "well your hairs was too Long for that style.." Tell your clients you cant do it first before making them run to the bathroom in tears to tell them "next time you'll know".. Had hair down past my bum and I went in asking for layers but no length taken off, ended up ruining me and I had to have about 7 inches In total removed because she cut my layers too close my head. I cried so hard I was so hysterical I couldn't tell them how I really felt. Went home, looked at my hair and it was uneven too so I had to fix that MYSELF. Havent had my hair cut by a stylist in 6 years and this is why. So thanks for that I got looking at it and the layers are still to close to the top and the rest is just hanging there like a mullet. Worst hair cut I've ever gotten I'm so depressed.

Had an amazing experience today, I had a Age smart facial for anti-aging and it was done by Sashauna Lockley I recommend her to anyone wanting to experience a high quality facial. She was very knowledgeable and welcoming will definitely be back.

I had the best experience yesterday at the Ogle hair school! I highly recommend Jordan S for anyone looking to try this place out. She was extremely professional, gave me her opinion on what would look best with my face, wasn't afraid to ask her teachers for adviceseriously couldn't have asked for a better experience. I can't remember the last time I left a salon 100% happy with my hair. Also- she talked very positively about her school and It was clear to me she really cared, which goes a long way. The teachers were also very helpful as well. I have been to hair schools where the teachers really criticize the students in front of customer but they were really positive with the students. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

Super experience! I had my hair cut and colored with accents. Star was my stylist and she did an amazing job. She told me everything about the process and products she was using. She went above and beyond to make s ure I was happy with the results. Great job! Shelby cut my husband's hair and he was happy . He usually goes to a regular barber shop. His haircut today was a little hipper than the "regular men's haircut " Very pleased.

The discount isn't worth it, plan to be there all day, shop up to appointments and not have color, told one price then paid another at checkout, moved appointment back because stylist called in and then couldn't finish the cut and color so had to come back another day. Save yourself the time and stress and go to a salon. I paid $100 for one daughter and $78 for the other. Had I just went to a salon it would have been close to this and been done in a couple hours not 9-3 appointment after being there for a cut the day before and running out of time for color. Worst experience ever!

I went to get highlights done to my hair today. Shelly was totally amazing. I had such a great time with her and the two other girls they were so friendly they had me cracking up the whole 5 hours it took to do my hair. It came out fabulous!!! Thank you Shelly i hope when you graduate i can find you to Do my hair. I Will totally come back to see the 3 amigo!!! Great job ladies. The teacher was super great as welll. Loved her blue hair!!! If you get a chance definitely try them out.

***Update*** I got a call Thursday evening and the Director personally scheduled me to come back Saturday morning. My experience Saturday was fantastic. The student and her instructor went above and beyond to ensure I walked out of there with the hair that I wanted. I cannot praise them enough! I left Ogle feeling so much better thanks to Ashley and to the Director for listening to me and taking care of my issue. Will definitely keep coming back!

I went there last week for highlights. What I left with is not what I wanted. I tried to make the best of it but just can't. My hair is way too light- all over. The student and I both noticed that immediately. I have called a few times to speak to someone and I keep getting told someone will call me back and no one does. I understand this is a school "and that's why it's cheap" as I heard a student comment when I was last there but at least can someone have the courtesy to call customers back? Especially if you wreck their hair!

The students are forced to take clients on a daily bases and to sit in a salon for 8 hours a day. When it comes to learning new haircuts like the American Crew Men's Cuts, the instructor made us learn 5 haircuts in 5 days, without a re cap or another day to go through everything again. The learning is way too fast paced if you need more than one day to learn something brand new. Some of the instructors were amazing though. Great school but they need to find something for the students to do or learn other than standing at your station staring at the floor or the back of a mannequin head and curling the hair everyday. And the clients have no idea that we are doing all of the work and not getting paid, I feel like I was doing free labor for the school to make money. I put a lot of time and effort into being in the artistic team and became the president in which was very stressful to be told I can't learn something new for more than 1 day just because the instructor didn't feel like teaching it again, the teachers and students are too close because they gossip a lot about each other and students and clients. Other than that, clean school, clean people. If you're going to have a service done, just know they are practicing, they aren't professionals and you're going there at your own risk.

Honestly don't even know why they have cosmetology teachers. They cant keep one for more than a couple months, and then you're stuck with another teacher who doesn't know where any of the students are at, and therefore can't help because they are too busy trying to figure out who knows what.
My first phase instructor Miss White was incredibly racist and would make cliques with girls of the same race and pretty much ignore the ones that weren't. She made fun of me more than once for asking a question, and one time when I corrected her on something she was teaching us wrong called me a "know-it-all" and sent me to the office, which caused me too feel like I couldn't even talk or learn in class.
The only reason I learned anything from ogle was because I read my text book, researched the science it didn't go into enough detail on and watched youtube videos till I figured out how to do something. The equiment i paid for and recieved was some of the worst quality beauty supply equimpent i have ever used, I assume because they are so cheap and only worried about profit. None of the equipment the school owned that was pretty much useless or entirely broken was ever replaced, repaired or upgraded. Really REALLY not worth 25,000$ imo. Honestly feel I deserve some sort of refund.
If I could go back I'd definitely go to another school.
On the one good side
I will say I am glad I got to have Mrs.Waters there for the couple of weeks I did. She was the only one who helped me at all. She just didn't have much time left with me to do it before I graduated.

This place is amazing! The girl who attended me today, Brooks (I forgot her name my mind is so bad) did an amazing work with my hair!! Last year I had a pretty bad experience with the person who did my hair in another place and I was afraid of that. But this girl was so kind and they listen what you really want and they do it!!! I'm going back for highlights!! And it's not expensive at all!!

I was referred to this place by a friend, and had some color done to my hair. Rebecca Dodge was amazing! She was kind, and patient and explained everything she was going to do in detail step by step. She helped me pick a color for my hair, and made sure that I liked the ending product. Never received such professional service before at any hair studio. If I lived in Texas I'd be back every time for Rebecca! 5 Stars all the way. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming.

Jessica and Kelly were awesome. My eyebrows look amazing. I've been to many known spas and they didn't get it right. Jessica and Kelly were meticulous about my services which included an eye brow arch and a leg wax. Great service!
