I left this place in tears! Amy made me feel hopeless and said there's nothing she can do for my skin type. I spoke to Amy twice on the phone before making the visit and she assured me the procedure would be ok for my skin type. Little did I know this place is NOT ran under the supervision of a Dermatologist but under the limited direction of a ear, throat and nose doctor! This is a overcrowded pop-up overnight skin shop full of under trained Estheticians with a very little education about brown or dark skinned individuals. The fact that I was a person with brown to dark skin freaked the staff out and felt like I needed to be rushed to the ER. I've since made several calls to a real Dermatologist who assured me to stay out of places like this and reassured me their are options. I later received a phone call from a general Doctor from Skintastics who scolded me about my visit and defended Amy like a Attorney. It's scary that Diploma Educated Estheticians in this office can allegedly use dangerous lasers and can make last minute decisions with no doctor around.

There are so many pop up shops in Dallas now for harmonal balance. However if you want the clearest most clinical results this is the place for you.

Had my first treatment for laser hair removal this week - with Darshana - what a lovely person. She was so friendly and professional - and truly made me feel so comfortable. The treatment itself was not painful, and was so fast! I have had laser hair removal done before, and had to use numbing cream and ice, it was not required with this treatment - in fact, I went in and it took less than a half hour. I was amazed at the different types of machines and the care that was taken to select specific machines and settings for my skin type. Everyone was great!

I love Smooth Solutions. After my 3rd treatment I had 4-5 months of hair free time. The staff is great and always provides provides excellent service.

My two experiences have been wonderful! Today I was with Ginger who was very kind and quick during my treatment. My past results were astonishing at the reduction of hair on my face after one treatment! I love this company and its employees.

I have a lot of hair all over my body. I've tried every method there is out there, but each method had it's downsides. Shaving makes my hair prickly when it grows back, waxing causes ingrown hairs, bleaching doesn't work on very thick hairs etc. I started laser hair removal at Plano with Smooth Solutions a few years ago. It was very useful. The small office makes each session so familiar and comfortable.

Right now I am in the process of getting my legs treated and I have noticed a huge difference just after one treatment. Of course the results are different for everyone but Smooth Solutions has exceeded my expectations. They are specializing in laser hair removal in Dallas TX for many years and have found the safest, most effective and most comfortable laser treatments.

I have been having my laser hair removal treatments done for an almost a year and I love it! The laser they use is wonderful. The results are amazing, I barely have to shave. The laser technicians are very sweet and wonderful girls. They both are very knowledgeable and lots of experience and made me feel extremely comfortable.
