Family owned, very friendly, rooms and grounds are very clean, steps to the ocean. Great location. Beds are very firm and could use a few more pillows. Will stay here again :)

Loved the homey feel! The rooms are clean and great views of the ocean (it is oceanfront of course!). Will definitely be back with my family!

Clean pool right on a great beach. Very basic rooms, nice attentive staff. Good restaurants 1/2 mile south. Pool towels were teeny, but nice to have. Would have liked a broom or bigger entrance rug to help keep the unavoidable sand of the tile floor.

It's fine to rest your head. It's clean and convenient. Very simple and plain. For my needs it was just right. I wanted to be on the ocean and it is. Next time I'd ask for a room on the 1st floor so I don't have to drag my suitcase up the stairs.

Rooms a bit small but clean and they have a mini bar:) we own Camo Dave's Jerky and more off Nova in Ormond Beach, so it is nice to find good biz people in Ormond.

Very clean, stayed in a one bedroom room with a large king bed, and a stand in shower. The air conditioning was a wall unit but it worked perfectly fine. The front desk lady was nice, I didn't make it to continental breakfast so I can't comment on that, but all in all you get what you pay for for sure. The only complaint is that right outside the hotel on her beach you couldn't swim because of a shipwreck, but we walked a quarter mile down and it was fine, so no big deal.
