AWFUL PEOPLE AND AN AWFUL COMPANY!!! I booked a room for my father after the hurricane so he could safely have power and water until his utilities were restored. As soon as I hung up the phone with the hotel. A friend had a condo come open. Literally two minutes later. I called the hotel back immediately and they refused to refund me even though the Governor asked hotels to be lenient on cancellations. I tried reaching out to everyone I could with this hotel and they gave me the run around. I even had two separate agents for American Express Travel call and they were given the run around. I am currently trying to dispute the charges. I was charged over $360 and never used the room. This is how this company treats people in a time of crisis. Pure greed and shameful.

The hotel was easily located, clean and comfortable. Rates were fair, reservation, check in and out was quick and easy with a pleasant staff. I am however still waiting to be credited back for a promotional rate. Why not simply charge correctly instead of paying in full then receiving credit back?

False advertisement. Place was dirty, sofa bed disgusting (indescribable stains). They don't advise you must bring your own sheets for the sofa bed. There are roaches in kitchen area and must request kitchen items when you ready to cook. Housekeeping yeah no housekeeping you clean your own room. So what exactly are you paying for??? You definitely can get contact at this place it smelled like a marijuana dispensary.

OK for casual stay. Television had 42 channels with spotty reception. Staff was very nice. Small pool. Fairly clean room. Found items left by former person. OK for price 10 min from beach.

Honestly the worst hotel/motel I've ever stayed at. If you love the smell of weed and need a ample supply of prostitutes this is your place. Their breakfast is a small basket of tiny muffins and a cup of coffee. We had to change rooms 3 times until we got ac that worked and it soaked the floor which we were told we can change rooms since that's an issue. Also no housekeeping at all. But the staff is really nice that's a plus.

Not bad for a relaxing stay, but the "Free Wifi" leaves a lot to be desired. It is literally so slow, that sometimes webpages or videos did not load. Aside from that, everything else was great.

Shity place to stay. I left somethings in the room and every time I stop in and ask about it they say they will call me back and no call. The place even got robbed when I was staying there. I would give negative stars but that is not an option. And some of the staff talk to you like you are dirt. My job keeps me in hotels and needless to say I will never return to this hotel again.

This locations customer service is amazing! They have a mall next door with plenty of chain restaurants there. Very clean BIG rooms with a kitchenette, 15 minutes from the beach. Great wifi quality! Again the staff is what made this place!

The room is good for two people, but not more than that. They were suppose to give us 4 people two bed in a room, but gave 1 bed only! Breakfast? really! they just provide coffee and muffin in reception. Had complexity with WiFi-password; it took 1 night to retrieve. There is no one to talk except single receptionist!
