It was a nice place to stay. The beach was not groomed, so sitting and walking on the beach was difficult.

This was the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. The accommodations were perfect. The bed was very comfortable. We could hear the waves crashing on the beach from our porch. There are no screens on the doors, no bugs, so we were able to leave our doors open most of the time. We sat in the hot tub and watched the full moon over the ocean. We walked on the beach in the morning and evening. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach which I believe was remnants of the hurricaine. It was no problem to us because we are beach people. We loved it regardless. The water was warm but a little rough. There are no high rises and not too much to do, but that was fine with us! We were able to walk to dinner almost every night. Nini's Cuban Restaurant was the best! There was plenty of space to unpack our suitcases. There was a makeup mirror attached to the bathroom wall. We had beach chairs, umbrellas, and a full kitchen. We were in the Cayman suite and our shower leaked, but I will still rate this a 5 star. Robert was awesome and was readily available at all times. We will be back!

Absolutely perfect! Quaint, quiet, clean and can't wait to go back! The Jamaica Cottage is exactly what I would want it I owned my own cottage. The ocean roar, fresh air and private space made this getaway fantastic. Far enough from the crowds but close enough to all amenities. Truly a hidden gem!

A very quiet and cozy vacation rental with a very beautiful Oceanfront View excellent room very neat and clean one of the best vacation rental spots in Melbourne Florida. It has all of the accommodations that you would need satellite TV free Wi-Fi hot tubs swimming pool a grill to cook out on Hospitality level is a 10

We stayed in the St Thomas Suite. It was the most relating week I've ever had at a beach resort. The owner and his staff know how to keep his guest happy. There are 5 units but it makes it seems as if you're the only guest. We have our own private hot tub and each unit has one too. We go down to the pool to excerise and we had the pool to ourselves. It makes you feel there's nobody around but you and your honey. We BBQ'd. There are washer dryer for your use. They provide nice dishes, pots, pans, glasses. The paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid aren't the cheap stuff. Very nice patio. Beach chairs and umbrellas available for the guest use. Towels, wash clothes, dish towels are provided. Private parking space. I've been in some top notched beach hotel chains/resorts and never felt this type of hospitality and relaxation. They also have units where kids are welcome. This is now my yearly vacation spot.

Exceptionally clean and well decorated room overlooking the beach. Nice pool and private hot tub. Very quiet atmosphere. Much cozier than the high rise hotels along the beach. 10/10 would stay again
