Owners a perv.
Smelly rooms.
Roaches and bed bugs
Lots if drugs n deaths.
Vending machines don't work.
Washers and dryers suck.
I worked there doing deep cleans and he was ripping me off on pay. I was supposed to just move furniture around and clean behind them. Do the walls, baseboards.
Well because I refused to clean the dirty tubs in clean rooms I was kicked out a few days before Christmas. The owners act like they are trying to help you but they really don't. They try to yell at you and make threats about kicking you out to the curb. Well again. I got kicked out.
My second day doing deep cleans the married owner told me he was married but wanted to date me and take me out on a date. Meanwhile this man knows I'm with my boyfriend and child. I refused his offer and was treated different from that point on.
I do not recommend anyone to stay at this place. Its horrible.

If I could have I wouldn't have even giving this place a star it sucks that bad

I had made reservation to stay the night before our wedding for my husband. Called to cancel the room a day before and was charged for the room that we didn't even stay in. The management was rude. I was forced to get even more upset over the money being charged. Need better staff if you can't handle a problem such as returning money.

Booked for a week. After two days have had no maid service. Place is mildewed and dirty. Management posted that early check-out will be charged an extra day. Should be shut down and fined. Disgusting. Management will allow no refund for cancellation. On the third day after my going to front desk, reluctant maid came and emptied trash and exchanged towels but cleaned nothing. No service on the fourth day and late on the fifth day after I called the office someone came and vacuumed and brought towels. The bed was never made. Leaving late tonight, never to return to this dump.

In the past 2 months I have had the pleasure of staying at this great place. I absolutely love all the staff and Management here. They were fantastic. The rooms were always A+ , the pool was beautiful, the grounds we're pristine, just steps from a beautiful quiet beach I shared with my small service dog, andl the staff went out of their way to help in anyway possible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart during a difficult time in my life. Be back soon. I recommend this hotel to everyone!!

If I could rate negative stars I would. This was the most horrible experience staying at a motel we have ever experienced. We had no choice as we had 3 dogs with us while waiting to sign a lease on a house. Long story short, there is always a strong marijuana smell everywhere on the property. There are always law enforcement officers there arresting people as well as a bounty hunter. At night expect loud yelling, screaming, domestic fights, loud music, and literally 15-20 "workers" sitting on the balcony drinking beer. The owner is a very rude man who stuck his finger in my face, threatened my kids when I wasn't there, and pounded on my car window. He said we owed money even though we had a receipt showing paid. Brevard county sheriffs office showed up, the deputy said the only thing we did wrong was not read the reviews before staying there. Please for the love of god DON'T STAY HEREunless your a druggie than have at it.

Several dents in walls, AC unit and door not fully sealed (easy for critters to get in the cracks if they wanted), carpet scuffed, no complimentary soaps/shampoos, smelled bad, bed essentially on top of a stack of 2x4 boards. Looked relatively kempt, but desperately needs a makeover. Seemed like a place you get robbed at.

This motel was the most disgusting place I have ever been. Roaches are everywhere, dead and alive. The toilet had poop stains and when my husband told them to do room service they didn't do it. The floor (carpet) is really dirty and have white stains all over it. It is near the beach but that doesnt compensate all the dirt that is in the room.

The rooms were on the lowest level of clean. Hairs all over the sheets, towels and rags. German cockroaches running along the floors near office.
Not to mention the management is far from professional. The day manager and his wife drive new luxury vehicles, but run their hotel like slum lords.
I strongly recommend finding ANY other place to give your money

This place is DISGUSTING!!!! We live in condo nearby and our A.C. broke went here for the nightas I went to tuck my kids in there was blood ALL OVER the sheets. The other bed had sand all in itthe bathroom had wad of hair on the floor. The outside hall had vomit on the floor. Their "complimentary breakfast" was expired packaged muffins, disgusting coffee, and cereal. As if all of that wasnt bad enough. the volleyball court had a crack pipe in the sand. Awesome.

I'm not one to complain but this place was F@#$%!! discussing. My wife and I had to clean the bathroom. The tub/shower looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The floor had not been vacuumed and the maid said she just got done cleaning the room. Here are some pictures of the what we had to deal with. I will NEVER stay here again or recommend it to anybody.

Cockroaches in bed , on the walls and crawling across the floor. Sent us to a new room and it had 2 cockroaches on the wall. Booked 2 nights, only credited 1 night. We did not stay and manager was very nasty, no customer service skills. DO NOT STAY -----INFESTED WITH ROACHES, VERY OUTDATED AND ROOMS SMELL BAD.

Room was disgusting! Live roaches running up the wall and across the sink. When we checked out early due to the uncleanliness of the room the manager refused to refund the money for the nights we were not using. I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT STAYING HERE!!!
