Good place; breakfast could have been better. The grab and go breakfast could be better. Or rather traditional /English breakfast could have been more appealing.
Customer service is excellent though; they are around for whatever help you need.

Very nice room for such a reasonable price! Lovely staff, well-equipped room. ONLY complaint and only reason for 4-star review rather than 5-stars: the brown blanket that was provided on our couch was totally covered in animal fur which we are allergic to and caused us to wheeze the first night we were there until we found the source. Other than that, our stay was great!

I can't say enough about this place. We evacuated during hurricane Irma. Had to stay a week and was thrilled with facility, not to mention the caring staff. They bent over backwards to tend to our needs during this stressful time. I will be setting all my evacuation stays here in the future.

Says handicap, well toilet is too short. And bathtub. Not handicap. Need a sower but during hurricane evacuation I can't be to picky.

Would Definitely Stay Here Again

We got a great price through a third party web site. Everything was perfect. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We asked for extra pillows, new batteries for the remote control and a razor during our stay, and everything we asked for was quickly and courteously provided. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Nick was especially helpful. Hotel was in a good location. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful..Quite..very fair PRICE. Me and my husband LOVE it here. It is definitely home away from home. Everyone her is very pleasant and always have a smile on their face. Ms. Jenny is always joyful. Mr. Brian I just love his ascent. Ms. Sonia is wonderful and has our room spotless. Full kitchen.. T.V that rotate from living area to bed. Soft sofa. To top the cakei can look out the room window and can almost touch the mall. LOL. with all said you can't do wrong with EXTENDED STAY AMERICA.

I would've given them a 5 but they had a "house keeping" or "lack there of" issue while we stayed there on a 30 day stay. Other than that everything else there is a 5 star + in my opinion. They had everything we needed, the rooms were big clean and updated. Pet friendly hotel which was key for me and my family as a lot of places in the area are not so pet friendly. The grounds are well kept and clean and for the 30 days that we stayed there during summer holidays it was very quite. The mall and restaurants within walking distance was fantastic. All in all a great place to stay on a "Motel budget" short term or long term. I would 100% without a doubt stay here again and again and again!

Staying here for 21 nights. Only done two nights so far but the staff is great and the rooms are nice albeit a bit dated, but having a full kitchen makes it a decent stay for 3 weeks. On site fitness center, pool, and laundry are good amenities for the price.

We have only been here for one night of our 3 week stay while we're waiting to close on a house, but so far so good. Front desk has been pleasant and helpful and the room is good. There is plenty of storage and the kitchen is bigger than expected. The location is convenient as it is close to work, airport and shopping.

Great hotel. Has a big bedroom and a lot of useful items like microwave, cooker and a refrigerator. For me the only problem is regarding cleaning rooms. Nobody did it for 2 weeks.

I always use this long stay hotel when possible. I have found the room size variety (depending on your length of stay) is good, from single room suites to large one bedroom suites. They all come with a fully fitted out kitchen which is a plus, especially when cooking breakfast as one rarely feels like looking for a restaurant at 7.00am. Friendly helpful staff. Also if you subscribe to their email feeds you can pick up great room discount rates.

Room was nice and comfortable. Stayed for 1 week.
Was told that housekeeping came on Wednesdays. Well, they never came. I am one to not complain much, but I let it ride and wanted to see if they would ever come, they didn't. Decided to make a change and went to the Suburban Extended Stay on the other side of the Melbourne airport. They are $300 cheaper per week. Save your money and go there.
