Great place to stay, close to beach and shopping. An hour to international airport and 30 min from cruise port @ Cape Canaveral.

Well maintained facility and property. Close to beach. Very quite community. The staff were courteous and friendly. Plenty of restaurants within short drive. Looking for peace and quite, this is the place.

I have visited Outdoor Resorts in Melbourne Beach several times and find it to be an extraordinary spot to spend quality time with my family. This resort has it all! I especially love spending time at the beach pool and the private beach access which is just steps away! I really love spending a long holiday weekend visiting with friends I have made throughout the resort and can't wait to go again next year!! Connie and Cheryl are great, they are always so welcoming and treat me like family!

Wonderful place to visit. We just spent 3 days there. Quiet, comfortable, a short walk to the ocean, river, pool, hot tubeverything is great! Can't wait to return and perhaps one day have a spot there as well!

You get the best of both world'sYou the river on the west side and the beach on the east side. If that ain't enough you have 3 pools to choose from as well as a hot tub, so yes a lil slice of paradise to me. Most of the people we encounter as simply good people.

please note that we have 5 kids and because of this the campground said we only allow up to 4 kids What and its called a resort however they cannot accommodate larger units only older small units so if you shop at Walmart check this place out

Been going there for 6 years now for the months of March and April. This is a five star resort, as per the internet and W 5 I had no problems with the incredible service from Bright House cable. The ocean is close, the place is well taken care of, the residence are very friendly, in short it is a awesome winter retreat. And finally the sun sets off the river pool are absolutely incredible. Honestly I always have reserved feelings when leaving for your CDN home
