Great Dealer! After less than great experiences with other dealers, we selected Ocean RV, even though it is 2 hours from our home. Excellent and fair buying experience. Been nearly 2 years and Ive been through several warranty claims and other repairs/upgrades and I will continue to buy here over the year. Jeff and Sue are great and fair. Not always the fastest, but definitely the best. Be kind. Be patient. They are a great company to deal with.

I come to you guys for RV parts. I stay in a campground not too far so its very convenient. And you usually have what i need! But the one time i came in, this woman was very arrogant/rude towards me when i asked her a question that she didnt know the answer too. I believe her name was Sue. Was caught off guard because all the other times ive stopped by, everyone was very nice and happy to assist. Besides from that, this is a very exceptional small business!

This is a great small family owned and run Jayco dealer. They are friendly and work with you to do their best to ensure you are satisfied. Any extras you purchase at the time of delivery are installed free of labor. Otherwise they charge a reasonable labor rate.

Thank you to Steve and his crew for taking care of our RV service needs. It was great to find people that were knowledgeable, courteous and very willing to help us resolve our RV concerns at a reasonable rate. If you are in the market for a Jayco camper or need your RV serviced I'd highly recommend Ocean RV Center in Delaware.
