I love it here yes some rules are crazy but if you don't have some of them it could be a nightmare for some of us it is my home away from home love the bonfires the events for the family's and kids close to all the beach's nothing to far and my puppies love it as well can't wait for next year.

This place is horrible with crazy rules and full of mean teens. My best friend has been there sence she was a baby and was friends with everyone growing up. But this girl tried talking things from her and all she said was no. Also a teen tried to get in her pants and all she said was no and he harassed her. Now there is a haters clup about her and they say horrible things. It is not a good place. She is bullyed to the point she does not want to leave the trailer. The worst part is if she tells anyone except her mom and me they can get kicked out. Do not put you child in that situation.

I also agree w the control freaks thing! Its a nice place but the owners are def strict w the rules. Especially at the poolno drinks allowed at allat the pool allll summer! Lol

Camping atmosphere, the pools, bingo on Saturday nights, Bethany and Rehoboth Beaches not to far away. Always have a great time when were here!

Decent place but the owners are control freaks with lots of crazy rules! You can not even enjoy yourself at the pool without worring about getting yelled at or kicked out! Better places are around for sure!

Loved going here as a child, so much to do around this place, its quiet at night, its in a place where light pollution is not a big problem so you can see the stars, and the fishing and crabbing are great too!
