Always an excellent visit! Saw some mysterious items, and bought some of them as well. It's such a fun place to spend an hour or so sifting through the drawers to find something unique and personal. Definitely a great place to find something for that special someone who is strange and unusual.

A highly-curated shop with some amazing antiques and collectibles. If you're into medical tools, old skulls (human included), mummified hands, old photos, and furniture, then this is your spot. We spent over an hour in Obscura Antiques studying these amazing artifacts. This is a must see place- even if you don't buy anything.

Love this place. You could spend hours in this shop and still find something new. Absolutely packed with treasures, and the owners and staff really know their stuff.

I've been wanting to go here for years after watching the TV show Oddities on the Science channel. I was not disappointed with my visit. The shop is packed with so many curiosities at various price ranges. The clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products sold here. If I'm back in the city, I'll be sure to come back again!!

Every time we come to NY we come here. Lots of great finds you won't find elsewhere. 1 of a kind items. We love unique things and this place has them. Staff is great and equally excited by what they are selling. It's a store and an experience!

This place is iconic (assuming you've watched Oddities) and the staff were exceptionally nice, helpful, and down to earth. Thanks for a great experience!

What a fantastic place. Ryan and Michael were as great as we thought we would be. We had no intention of buying anything large but we bought an incredible turn of the century/museum cabinet wth bottles, wool, cotton etc encased in the cabinet. Love the place and will definitely go again this yar when we go to NYC. Thanks for hooking us up with the shipper of the cabinet-arrived perfecctly intact.

Fascinating. Small but absolutely packed with objects and antiques of a weird and wonderful nature. The staff are informative and friendly without being pushy. Delighted with my creepy doll head purchase.

This place is pretty cool. I enjoyed walking around the store. Though it is very very small it is packed with interesting pieces. They mostly consist of bones and preserved animals or something strange of that nature. If you don't know, this place had its own show a couple years back. The star from the show was there and she was kind enough to take a picture.

Absolutely loved it!!! Super friendly!!! The adventure to get there made a 15min walk into a 1hr trek so we ended up getting there before close. They never rushed us! They let us browse and were totally helpful and friendly the entire time. I've seen other people complaining about the prices but I found the prices to be completely fair for what they are- antiques and oddities. Mike was the best part of the experience; he was so friendly and made us feel welcome. He even came outside and talked to us after they closed up shop giving us helpful advice for our trip in NYC. He is hands down the nicest person I've met here. I'm actually probably going to go back again before we leave!!! In conclusion, loved the shop, loved the staff/owner, and will definitely be buying from them again be it in store or online!
