Oakley honored the warranty without any question & the store manager went out if his way to help me find an identical pair. The service at this store was very satisfactory!

I went in looking for a pair of orange sunglasses and an employee (I think his name was Jake) went above and beyond and found a pair at another store then got them mailed to the Kenwood store for me! The sunglasses were the perfect fit.

I'm not going back to this store. Quality and Appeal of Oakley products are excellent but the Service from this particular store is Poor.
I love sunglasses and have 2 pairs of Oakleys, some Ray-Bans, a Gucci and a Tag. I visited this store on two separate occasions and for both instances received *very* lukewarm service. As a customer, I did not even feel like they wanted or appreciated my business.
If you are looking for good service, I recommend going to Sunglass Hut instead. I went to them once just for a question. I did not even buy anything but they were very attentive and friendly! Macy's is also much better. I have purchased glasses from them on 3 separate visits and each time was very satisfied with their helpfulness.response / report this review
