  Clean room. Well maintained. I had an issue with the shower drain and they promptly fixed it. Breakfast was ok. The eggs were weird. The fruit wasn't good quality. I liked the "creative options they had though.

  Just ok, no frills. Breakfast was bad, no place to sit, always out of coffee, cold food, eggs were terrible. Since they kept running out of coffee, I opted for a Starbucks latte in their lobby, but they couldn't get their machine to work. Toilet in our room wouldn't quit running, and our sink was clogged throughout our stay. A guy came up and tried using drain cleaner, but couldn't fix it. Beds were pretty comfy and rooms were clean. Would choose a different location for our next stay.

  Highly recommend this hotel. Convenient location, GREAT staff who clearly show they want your business. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast food over our three day stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. This was our third stay at this location and we have scheduled another stay.

  Was a great place to stay, clean, well appointed, room was spacious, bath had a great shower. It could really massage the road weary out of you. Many good amenities. You will enjoy your stay. Restaurants nearby.

  Decent rooms and parking. Great staff. The worst breakfast menu ever! Nothing to temperature and no variety. Repair took 2 days to get response. Cleaning staff did a poor job.. had to ask for full service to receive something decent. Not too bad of a stay overall. But find a breakfast spot

  Great place to stay. We enjoyed a great dinner and breakfast during our stay. Todd and Eric were super helpful and friendly. While we ate dinner we were able to witness them solve issues for people give advice on places to go and handle problems people came in with including booking the wrong day a year from now and helping them switch it to today. Those two were wonderful with people. Good clean comfortable rooms and as full as it was it was still nice and quiet.

  Location is great for our purposes of a baseball tournament. Service is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Only 4 stars because not a big fan of the room layout. I prefer to have an enclosed full bathroom instead of sink and mirror open to the room. Closet is tight. And no fan in the bathroom. But breakfast was great. Everything else was fine.

  Room was amazing and staff was fantastic. I would recommend this to anybody that visits Cincinnati and doesn't want to stay downtown. I made a special requires for them to write me a poem and they came through in a big way

  The room is pretty nice, though the bathroom is very small. Overall pretty decent place to stay for the price. Pool looked nice and they have free breakfast, though it ends at 9am.

  Awesome rooms, nice staff, and a nice convenient neighborhood. Would be 5 stars if they had washing machines available (within 10 miles. ) and if the breakfast bar didn't take 1/2 hour to make fresh coffee both mornings.
  **update- The morning after I wrote this review there were 5 full coffee dispensers out instead of 2 empty ones.

  Beautiful, spacious and clean rooms. Front desk employees were so nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing!
  Had no problems other than the drain in the tub (it wouldn't stay up, so the water would build up in the tub) and the toilet (would have a really high-pitched squeak after you flushed). Will DEFINITELY go back!
