Great theater. Easy parking. Lots of good food and snacks, and I love the reclining seats. Always my first choice when we're trying to decide which theater to go to!
The reclining seats are quite nice. And I like being able to select a seat ahead of time instead of needing to queue up and hope to get a seat I like. Rows are roomy as well, which makes it much nicer to get out quick to get to the bathroom instead of obstructing everyone's view trying to slide by.
They also have sinks near the garbage receptacles so you can dispose of any leftover ice or beverages instead of just tossing it in with the garbage.
Every time I've been there, though, only one register has been open at the concession stand and there is usually a bit of a line. Snacks are about as expensive as you would expect from most theaters.
Went to go see Star Wars.. so packed but still plenty of room. Great Seats. I even left my phone in the bathroom and someone turned it in. Was a great Saturday afternoon
This is outrageous, we ended up getting kicked out for no reason. We did everything right, and even though our seats were separated we still sat in the right seats. Not to mention our seats didn't work properly and didn't recline. Nevertheless, we respected others around us. We didn't even get to the actual movie and watched one preview! This place is awful and I'm never coming again!
Friendly service, plenty of parking, there are many kiosks to purchase tickets at. The bathrooms were clean and so was the theater seating. Comfortable too with quality screens. One of my favorites in Cincinnati.
Super clean thearter with awesome reclining chairs. I saw a film playing one day only there with one show time. It's cool because they do a lot of forgien films or classics like that.
Every seat is a reserved recliner. Better prices than other cinemas. Great for hot movies since you are never trapped in bad seating. Concessions are good but very slow. No free drink refills.
The actual movie experience is good, except for the wait staff walking in front of people during the movie. The food pricing is ridiculous though. Popcorn isn't good, stale.
Most comfortable theater in the city! Great deal on Tuesdays $ 6.35 (plus tax) for standard screenings. Restrooms are clean
Best cinema in the area. I'm a big movie buff and love having a great movie-going experience in a high-quality theatre. This place delivers. Large screens. Great sound. And good service.
Its in a good location, had comfortable seats, assigned seating, good snack options (including gluten free options!) And awesome theater systems. The employees have also always been incredibly helpful whenever I've had a question or concern.
We are from out of town and my husband and was shocked that you can actually pick your own seating. And it has reclining seats that's comfortable. We liked that you can purchase alcoholic beverages as well as food in a movie theater.
I always have a really good experience when I go to Cinemark. The staff is typically very friendly, and the theatres are always clean. A couple days back I had an interaction with one of the managers, that left me kind of uncomfortable. I believe his name was Brett. Although I won't go into detail, I will say he had a pretty negative tone with me. This is an issue that should definitely be addressed seeing as customer service is about pleasing the customer. I work in the food industry, and it isn't hard to put on a smile and treat people with respect even if you're having a bad day. I will continue to go to Cinemark, but hopefully the next time I interact with Brett, he will compose himself better.
Clean, the staff is friendly and their concessions are set up efficiently. The machines they have outside to buy tickets are often not working which can be inconvenient. We always enjoy going on tuesdays which is discount day but it is always busy.
I love this movie theater! It has really comfortable recliner's, a great selection of food and beverages, and really good movie times. On Tuesday's its half price movie night! They also offer a refillable bucket and drink cup at the beginning of every year that will save you hundreds of dollars if you go to a lot of movies every year!
