  I was in the waiting room at 11:15am for testing.
  
  I was called in at 3:15pm.
  
  The woman at the front counter refused to answer any of my questions. Her answer was a continual "I don't know" with regard to how long my wait was.
  
  I would never recommend this terrible experience.

  Went in for my child's vaccine this evening and although we were there for an hour, the nurse who gave my son his shot was WONDERFUL (Rae, I think her name was).. she was very straight forward, kind, and the shot was over so quickly, I could not believe it Excellent job.. Happy mom, few tears.. couldn't ask for a better nurse. Great job!
