mother caught pneumonia and the nurse was not even giving her robitussin or tylenol which they have as a standard order. really sad training some of these nurses have. Have seen an emergency call light go on and 40 minutes later the aid finally showed up. The nurse is too busy too any emergency call lights. laundry should be done by the family. Clothes are disappearing.
