Very compassionate at a time when ' you are most vulnerable. Appreciate everyone there as four of my family members have all been there, and will continue to do so I'm the future!!

Treated poorly as I was only a Daughter not the spouse who could not come up with any money because he was drinking it all, even when in the parking lot. My Husband and I paid and had
no say and were lied to as what was cause of my Mom's death. Our family had for many many years been treated great by the Sr. Coats! EWould not ever use facility again! Horrible memories that will never leave!response / report this review -

Pam, Peggy and especially Craig were very sensitive to the family dynamics during my mother's service. Their compassionate caring made everything so much more meaningful to me.

Can't say enough about the kind, helpful service here. They were the most compassionate & most accommodating of all the funeral homes we called on. Coats made what is always a difficult situation go smoothly and provided a beautiful service for our mom. Their gathering room (which allowed for an on-site luncheon) was a huge bonus. Professional & respectful from start to finish. Thank you.

Coats did an amazing service for our son, Talyn. They were able to accommodate us on such short notice. The staff were wonderful and we couldn't have asked for a more caring and considerate group of people to help us through such a heart-wrenching time in our lives.
