Wonderful place to stay. The staff are very very friendly. The facility is spotless. When I stay places I don't care if they're old as long as they're very clean. This is silly isn't old it is very very nice.

Clean The walls are super thin though. I hear everything outside and next door and in the hallway. The water pressure is good. Full sized fridge is cool. Stove top and microwave are cool. Bad and pillows are good. Internet is ok.

I really don't want to let the word out on how great this hotel is but I can't be unfair and do that injustice to them. I LOVE this hotel and the staff, all of them, go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Truly awesome staff, I can't say enough good about them! The rooms are quite nice and the beds extra comfy, especially for someone who has chronic back problems and am able to wake up without raging pain. My view on the 4th floor was very nice. My favorite place to stay when I need a room in Yuma Az.

I have always liked this hotel and would have recommended it but after tonight unless I get some financial compensation and they write some policies around power and phone outages and checking on guests I will never stay here again and I will steer others, especially women traveling alone from staying here as well. The power has been out since 3:30 pm or so. The desk said around 4 pm it would be back around 7 pm. So I took a nap and when I woke up after 7 pm it wasn't back on and now the phones are out too. I'm on the 4th floor and there are no lights in the hallway or stairwell, and as a female alone I'm a bit nervous to go down alone under these circumstances. Although the hotel can't change the power and phone situation, I believe they should be walking through and checking on their guests because we can't reach them by phone at this point. It's hot and there is no air so a fan would be nice and I am hungry but scared to go down by myself and I can't call the desk to request an escort. Maybe this is ok for their male guests but as a female staying alone I feel they have done little to check on my well being. A BIG fail in my book. Now I'm going to try I to go to sleep hungry and hot and the front desk isn't going to like me in the morning when I can say all of this in the daylight face to face!

Stayed one night. Convinient location right off the freeway. Clean rooms. Had a full size fridge, cabinets, microwave, and even a electric cook top. Microwave had free popcorn bag! Bed was a bit too soft but was clean with good sheets and pillows. Very nice and accommodating staff. Would stay here again.

Stayed about a month and can tell you that this is the finest experience I've ever had with a hotel! The staff are top notch in every respect and so friendly! Truly impressed!

Our service was outstanding. We called last minute for a ten pm reservation. Eileen let us know she just had one cancelation and that we were in luck. All of the front desk ladies were professional and sweet. Our room was very comfortable and very functional. We were extremely happy with the service and value.
