Probably the worst mistake I've made to this point in my life was to buy a vehicle from this company and put my faith in their service center. The salesman was good. It's not his job to inspect the vehicle when you bring it back a week later or to stand by it when it when it fails just outside the 30 day period.

I went to OK Used Cars one night just to check out the lot and see if anything sparked my interest and was affordable enough. Usually other salesmen are very pushy and annoying. But Aaron was extremely helpful and patient with me. I had to test drive many different cars before I found the one, which Aaron highly recommended. I was extremely satisfied and grateful with the customer care. I have had my car now for over three months and I couldn't be any more pleased with it. I'm glad I came to OK Used Cars and recommend it to anyone who is interested in buying a used car. And of course I recommend talking to Aaron!

Most amazing experience as a first time car buyer!! The customer service was outstanding! Not only did Aaron and Walter make sure I had a reliable and comfortable car. They made sure my kids were comfortable in it, while helping me keep them entertained at the sale. I would definitely recommend this place!!!

Probably the nicest experience I've ever had with buying a car. Aaron was super nice and very patient. He was never pushy and very informative. He knew what was best for me even before I knew what I wanted. And because of him I'm rolling around town with a big smile on my face. I'm not one to write a review unless I have a good experience with a business. The staff at OK Used Cars in Rhinelander are very polite, helpful, and not pushy when you are looking at a quality used vehicle. The vehicles they have are priced right with a no haggle price, which I liked. Aaron Liebherr was an excellent associate when I made the purchase. He explained any questions I had thoroughly and to the point. He valued my time in choosing the right vehicle by being very prompt with all the paperwork. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed into a purchase. He made me feel like he wanted to get me into the right vehicle to suit my needs. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle to speak with Aaron and hopefully he can satisfy your driving needs as well.

Aaron made this car buying experience the best we have had yet. From the initial phone call to signing the papers, Aaron did everything he could to help us get in the car we wanted. He did all of the work, and made it look easy and seamless. We ended up trying a car that wasn't for us first, and Aaron helped us find and get into a car that fit both our needs and budget.
