I had an excellent experience with Heritage Chevrolet I had it in for the blind spot on the left side mirror. They got the part and fixed in 45 min. The service was fast and then they washed my car. And I went home satisfied the light was working and I didn't have to worry when a car was in my blind spot.

This dealership is not trustworthy! They will first of all take advantage of you if you don't know anything about cars, or if you are going on a trip and are worried about safety concerns, they will exploit that. My mother in law is 71 years old and left in tears because she was pressured into spending money she didn't have, and wasn't fully informed of these "maintenances" that they told her she needed.
*Talked to the service manager and he was not willing to help, asked to be transferred to the Owner, he listened and then disagreed and hung up on us because he was not willing to help either. He said "this conversation is no longer necessary" and hung up.
