Made an apiontment, waited a week, told them I hit a dear need my lights fixed. They made me wait 3 hours with no vehicle to tell me they would not fix my car because it had deer stuff underneath. Sent me home in the dark with no lights. They told me they did a full service oil change but I don't have any wiper fluid. I can't see and have no lights but hey! Completely unprofessional. Last time it was just an oil change and it took three hours with an apiontment and no liner car. I sat there for three hours.

I HIGHLY recommend Rhinelander Chrysler! One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Megan happily and thoroughly answered all of my questions (and I ask a lot of very specific ones). My crossover was in the lighted and heated service shop when I came to look at it since I couldn't get there until dark. It was immaculate inside and out. Kurt personalized the paperwork process to my needs and answered every question until I understood everything. He was open and honest. I can't say enough good things! Oh and that automatic intro email when you make an online inquiry - hilarious! Not your run of the mill boring email :-)

We purchased two new vehicles within three months. Did not realize until after the deal was set on the second vehicle that the finance man had screwed up the paperwork on refunds we were due for the first trade in. Don't know if that did not cost us a couple of dollars. Second deal was for a lease truck. Took 4 months for them to figure out what they needed to do for our license plates. I had to make LOTS of phone calls to get that resolved. Took the Grand Cherokee in for oil change, tire rotation and a noise in dash board. No loaner cars available. Had to drive two vehicles 60 miles since it took over 2 hours to change oil and rotate tires. Told them when I scheduled and when I dropped it off that we had the Jeep Wave program. After 2-1/2 hours had to reschedule service work and got charged for the free oil change and rotation. Went back for service work and they could not hear the noise I could.. of course it would be hard with the air conditioner going full blast. I had it off. During the time when we were trying to get our license plates the manager said he was sending us a gift certificate for our trouble. That never happened. We will NEVER darken their door again.

Went in to get some answers about discounts I receive thru my employer and to probably purchase a new car. The sales associate gave the answer for the discounts which was great but when it came to doing anything else pure laziness. All he did was give me his card and said when I was ready to buy to let him know I was ready today your guy's loss Ill be buying somewhere else

I work near by and I just needed an oil change so I brought my car here to have it done while I was at work. I did not purchase my car here. It is a Subaru. I got done with work at 4:30 and walked over to see my car still on the lift! The clerk told me it was just about done. I sat in the waiting room until 5:15! Honestly I was starting to get a little annoyed. Finally someone came out and explained that there was a new tech working on my car and he accidentally drained my transmission fluid. They changed my oil and replaced the transmission fluid NO CHARGE and also gave me a certificate for a free oil change. Apparently the oil plug and transmission plug are very close to each other and this is a common mistake made when changing oil on a Subaru. I hope the tech did not get in trouble for this! Mistakes happen and I really appreciate them going above and beyond to correct it. I will definitely be back for my next oil change!

Had a great experience with purchasing a car from their partner dealership in Stevens Point. They traveled to a separate dealership to get my perfect car. All the staff was friendly and accommodating.

We have 4 tires put on our Town & Country mini van. The price was better than local tires stores. We also had oil change and they looked at a rattle. Very pleasant staff. Helpful. Knowledgeable. Will be returning in the future. Recommend them highly.

The service department is horrible. if you order parts your lucky to get them within a month assuming they even ordered them the first 5 times you called.
I talked to someone in service about scheduling an appointment, and was told the service manager would call me the next day. that was three months ago. I'm still waiting for that call!
An associate of mine brought his vehicle in for a simple tire rotation . after he got his vehicle back the tire almost fell of (forgetting to tighten lug nuts happens that's forgivable) but the rim was ruined and he is still waiting for them to take care of their mishap. he has been driving around on his spare tire for over a month now.

In conclusion even though I live in Rhinelander I am now going to drive to Antigo or Minocqua to have my Chrysler worked on.

Sent me a letter that they wanted to buy my car for someone else. I have never had business with them so this made me extremely uncomfortable. I don't know if it was supposed to be a sales tactic, but it had the opposite effect. They said the dmv sells car information so that was where they got it.
