If you need a tow after 5pm, don't call here. They were the closest service provider to a mother and 2 children on the side of the road and wouldn't take any amount of money to call a driver back.

Helpful staff, great waiting room, WiFi, reasonable prices. What more do you want in garage.

Had a drive shaft to replace and they were very easy to work with and went the extra mile to find me the best possible option for pricing! Oh yeah, they finished the work early.

Recently went through East Side Auto for new tires due to a recommendation (I am new to the area). The day of my scheduled appointment my car was dropped off, but not long after I received a call saying they forgot to order my tires. They were willing to give me a loaner car till the next day, which was very nice of them considering they are the ones who messed up. I said that would be fine, but not long after that I get another call saying they can get me new tires today, they will just be $5 more a piece and will be similar to the ones they had originally planned to order. I was okay with that because at this point I just wanted my car back. Get my car back and everything seems just peachy. Not two weeks later I get a flat tire. So I call them asking if they had some type of warranty. Said they didn't, but if I brought the tire in they would inspect it to see if it was defective and in return replace the tire. I decided to call Goodyear myself and they directed me to another local tire shop in town due to them being a Goodyear dealer. Brought my tire in the next day to this tire shop. They tell me this is a Walmart version of Goodyear tires and that they wouldn't even be able to get this same tire directly from Goodyear (they would know since they are a Goodyear dealer). Now this is just ridiculous, I could have went to Walmart to have this all done if that is the route I had wanted to take. Not to mention it probably would have been cheaper. Needless to say I ended up getting another Goodyear tire that was comparable to the three (walmart) ones I have because my flat was beyond reparable. Luckily, East Side Auto paid for that tire, but only after dealing with my boyfriend. I really feel like I wasn't taken seriously, and it's extremely lame that they listened to my boyfriend and not myself. Not pulling the gender card here, but that's exactly what it felt like. And I'm not stupid, nor do I feel like looking stupid being played like that. But wait, this gets better two weeks after getting that new tire (so a month after East Side Auto got me my original new tires) I bring my car in to another shop for an oil change and a regular tuneup. They tell me my tires were completely out of wack BAD and had to realign them. Now, trying to give East Side Auto the benefit of the doubt here, but it's getting pretty tough at this point. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend them, especially for new tires.

Had a fuel filter decide to start leaking on me in Rhinelander and I live in Eagle River. So there was no way I could drive my vehicle so I gave East Side Automotive a call for a tow and they were there within 20 minutes of my call. Thank you for the great service.
