Decent sanwiches, but the space is too smokey, and your clothes will stink after a visit!

Food is a 4/5 but they cannot seem to move at a devent pace getting orders made or in order. The wait and slow pace in a location where speed is key docks their rating.

I ordered online to have it delivered to the hospital while I was getting my staples removed. He called I told him entrance two, my driver went down shortly after to meet him and he rode away from entrance one. My driver tried yelling at him to get his attention, but to no avail. When we called 5 minutes later they told us the rider just got back and that wasn't in their delivery rage, though he was just there, so I asked for a refund and they told me that it will take a week for me to get my money back, which I don't have much of right now cause im crippled at the moment. I didn't get a notice or anything of a refund in my email, so I don't know if they're trying to steal my money, or if it actually takes them a week to refund. I missed lunch and my rehab has strict breakfast, lunch, and dinner times, so I don't get to eat today :( not happy with my service. Would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Delicious sandwiches, came in at peak lunch time and they take the orders of the line via iPad. Brilliant. Fast and delicious. Cheers

Great food and atmosphere. The salads are large enough to share and the toppings are great. My fav is the Mediterranean salad with humus and peppers.

I ordered the pizza sandwich, I got mine with double meat, delicious the staff was friendly and great service. The cookies are yummy! Plus where I sat at the window was an enjoyable view. I'll be back again!!

Small-ish menu, but I've actually eaten 95% of the offerings and everything was good. There are a ton of things to look at and read in this place, and the staff behind the counter are very friendly. They have a couple of delivery bike guys who are snotty douche bags, though. They like to hang out outside and pat themselves on the back for being so awesome; they are hard to miss.

This is my favorite sub shop in Indianapolis. If you like sandwiches, you should definitely try this restaurant! By default the sandwiches are hot. The unique thing about Potbelly is that the hot sandwiches are not greasy! I usually get their Italian sub and it is not greasy at all. Their hot peppers are super good. All the ingredients are very fresh. This is a must try place!

Potbelly is my favorite downtown sub shop. It's a really cute location, with fast and friendly service. The subs are toasted and hot, piled up just the way you like it. The Potbelly peppers are the perfect topping for a little extra pizzazz. Extras include chips, jumbo pickles, cookies, and milk shakes.
