Dylan with Northwest was very helpful, professional, personable, and efficient when I had a suuuuper flat tire a few nights ago! Excellent service. They were held up towing a wreck, and I was updated with what was going on and that I was next in line.

The guy who towed me was awesome… However, when I called to ask a question about a receipt that I was never given, I was on hold forever. Not a big problem, I don't mind waiting for them to look up the information… But the second woman who got on the phone was just plain rude. They got the job done, but they are seriously lacking in customer service skills in that office! Too bad, this could've been a five star review!

Horrible. Horrible customer service. Treated u like crap and a wouldnt let me get my vehicle out until my buddy whos a cop called em and then magically im able to get my car. Rip off and everyone in muncie knows it.

Walked in and got immediate attitude from the young girl working who wasn't very helpful. She was more interested in her dads phone call than helping. Visited 3 times but still can't get the car because "no one is there to take me back to get the car" they need serious help.

I just had my car towed by Northwest. After trying to deal with Nye's, I decided to try another towing company. The woman I talked to on the phone was very helpful and nice. The man who came and picked up my car was friendly also. A much better choice than Nye's.
