Used to love this place. Iv been here for 9 years with no problems back when it was community storage. Now theres never anyone in the office to take payments or answer any question you my have. I love when anglia is there. She takes care of everthing and goes over a beyond to help out but she has so much to keep up with. They really need someone else to help out so someone can be in the office during business hours. I just dont trust payments made on line or kioses i dont like them and rather pay cash in person.

Although is the first month of my rental, I have never used a storage unit. I recently purchased a RV 5th wheeler and need a place to store it for the winter. I check several storage places and was very impressed with Angela. She gave me several options. I was very happy with the place I am storing my RV. If I was not for Angela I would not have stored my RV at this location.

Great place for all storage needs. We had several friends that had used them, so when we bought our travel trailer and needed a place real quick for storage, it was the only place we considered. They even stayed a little late that day to make sure we could get into the lot when we took possession of the trailer! So courteous and an all around great experience!

I had arranged for my friend to obtain a storage unit at this facility. The weekend he was off work and ready to move in, it was after hours and the kiosk at the facility did not have record of the reservation. It was a bit of a glitch but was handled immediately with grace and fairness upon the reopening of the office on Monday. Errors are bound to happen in this world but excellent customer service is when the error is acknowledged and the situation made right. This facility has excellent customer service and I would highly recommend them if you are in need of storage.

Fantastic service and a very clean facility! From the first moment we called Community Storage, the staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful. We are very happy with our new storage unit!

We went a little crazy with Christmas decorations after Christmas and was overwhelmed with them in our small apartment. Angela was amazing. She took us around to see all of the units she had opened and helped us pick out the right one. Now we have room to move around our apartment and a place to put our Christmas Decor. Would recommend to anyone!!!

Moving to Indiana from the out of state and the customer service could not get any better!!! Angela and staff have been exceptionally helpful to this newbie and the facilities were really great. Highly recommend!

I used Community Storage for three years and never had any issues including my belongings were never damaged or stolen. In regards to cost, there fee is fair for a nice, clean storage facility. They are also extremelly understanding because one time I did not recieve the reminder email of my rent coming due and was charged an additional fee due to being late. They kindly realized I had never been late on a payment and removed the additional fee with no questions. I highly suggest Community Storage in Yorktown, IN.

I love this place! It's the best. And Angela is the sweetest. She goes above and beyond with anything that I ask. She's always wiling to do anything she possibly can to make it the best experience for me. It's a very nice and clean facility
