When you go to this store you usually have to track down an associate to help you. They may be standing right there folding clothes (which is needed extremely bad too) and won't even look up to see if anyone needs help! Or there's no associate in sight at all! Tonight I found what I wanted on my own and so did my mom. I needed to pay my bill so we went to the customer service desk to do that and check out. Our cashier there was Lynette and she took care of all the services we needed quickly! If only they had sales associates that were that well trained and knew what they were doing!

No electric carts for handicapped. Aisles filled with clothes in floor so you can not get the push wheel chair through, aisles so close chair cannot turn corner. Staff were very nice.

Staff was very nice. Scanned a coupon I didn't have. I saved 45% with name brand clothing and earned $10 In Kohls Cash. Sweet.

I was shocked at how messy the store was today. I haven't been in the store for a while, as I haven't needed anything. I took my mother-in-law in to do some shopping and she commented on the condition of the store right away. She is not a local resident in our town, but when she comes, she likes to go shopping. I have never complained about anything like this before, but over time it could cause a drop in business and with so many stores closing these days I don't want to lose our Khols! Thank you

Selection for clothes is pretty good. Always have sales, but the prices seem to be elevated pretty drastically so the sale is about the right price. I wouldn't call it much of a deal. Have nice household items and good gift ideas for a spouse. Kids clothes are plentiful and the price is about par with the competition. Overall a good place to checkout.
