Great Offer, Honest Guys, Fast Service, Polite and Helpful

We spoke on the phone before I chose NPSN. Over the phone they beat CarMax by $250! Their automated online bid was low, but a phone call made everything right.

This was not just a cold transaction. I was more than just a number. They provided great insight to the process, and even offered to help with an unexpected personal issue that came up during my visit.

Oh, and if 'lowballing' is a concern, just bring them a written quote. These guys will be fair and honest.
