Looked at a stove for weeks and went to Fireplace Outlet in Kingston a couple of times, the guy was not pushy trying to sell any stove he had on the floor. He asked us questions about what we needed out of the stove. Ended up getting a nice pellet stove that will heat my house and save me some money and less electric heat.

From the first time we met Carl & Jason, through completion of our project, our experience was excellent! Jason fully explained all the options available with our Mendota gas fireplace & gave us a competitive price for the labor & materials. Within 1 week, the plumber & electrician were at our house to look at the job & order materials. Jason kept in touch every step of the way to be sure we were satisfied with how things were progressing. We recently purchased a Vermont Castings Radiance Direct Vent gas stove from the Fireplace Center and had them install it in our home in Salem, NH. Everything about our experience was positive and professional, from ordering the stove from Jason, to communication about the requirements for our new brick hearth and necessary clearances, and finally to the guys who came out to install the stove. The installation crew was courteous and professional and were meticulous with their setup to the point of measuring and remeasuring to get the location of the stove in the perfect location.

The stove itself was beautiful and the red (Bordeaux) enamel was very striking. The fire looks real with the ceramic logs and the stove heats our playroom quite nicely.

We would highly recommend the Fireplace Center in Kingston if you are looking for a professional and friendly staff , top of the line products, very competitive pricing , and a great installation crew !!

Not sure how these people stay in business. I had a broken pane on a fireplace insert and when inquired about a replacement the sales person could not be less friendly, less knowledgeable or more rude. This place is a joke and if I was the owner here I would take a serious look at who works at my stores.
