Simply the best. Every Christmas we get a 7-rib standing rib roast.. It is the best beef roast we eat all year. Hickman's meat is unsurpassed.

Absolutely brilliant meat served by friendly, knowledgeable butchers. We drove up from Bethanay to get some meat to grill. The drive was proved well worth it with excellent smoked baby ribs and some short ribs - so much so that when we went back up when we left to take some home. If only they were near my home.
