  We are HUGE fans of NGEC! Recently we called NGEC because the AC of one of our office buildings was not blowing cool air. NGEC sent someone out the next day and squeezed us in since we needed to get things back up and going as quickly as possible. My husband and I have been customers of NGEC for many years so I already knew how professional and hard working their folks are. But today when Nick Hunt arrived to check on our system, I was reminded once again about what a great company NGEC is. He was hands down absolutely the friendliest, most genuine person that has come through our doors in years. It would have been easy for him to just focus on the repair, not interact with us, and get on his way. But he took the time to chat after making the simple repair (thank goodness! ) and we just loved briefly getting to know him. Needless to say, the joy he is feeling over the impending birth of his first child was the primary topic of our conversation, and we were all reminded of the importance of taking a quick break from our stressful work to celebrate life and our blessings. We interview kids about abuse so it can be very grueling and sad at times. We deal with hard issues here at Harbor House and see time and time again kids who have been hurt by their trusted caregivers. So to just see the excitement Nick is feeling about becoming a dad, really did just rejuvenate us and reminded us that there are great folks in this world that want to be good parents and raise good kids. So just know that Nick Hunt REALLY impressed us! NGEC is lucky to have him on their team and he is representing the company out in the community in a great way!! Thanks again NGEC for always providing quality services to us both here at work and for me personally.

  North Georgia Equipment has taken care of the HVAC systems in our home for 17 years. I have nothing but the highest respect for the company and their technicians. Their semi-annual inspections are thorough. Their response to issues with any of our systems is fast, and corrective action is swift and sure. Over the years, they have replaced our two main systems with high-efficiency Carrier units, which have operated extremely well and saved significantly on energy costs.
  When we call, they come; and they do what they claim at a fair price. Can't ask for more!

  We use NGE for both commercial and residential work. Always on time, always professional. Was impressed that Robert Eleam took his shoes off as he entered our home.

  This company has the best techs. I had another company look at my Carrier system 5 times and could not figure out what was wrong and how to fix it. NGE sent out Jason Blanton on Wednesday to diagnostic the the 2 infinity systems. He repaired 1 the same day to get the air conditioning going and by Friday, as stated, he returned with Jason Wright and fixed the other unit which needed a new valve. These 2 techs were very knowledgeable with carrier systems. They kept us informed and delivered as promised. I'm glad I found NGE to handle my heating and air conditioning needs and would recommend this company to everyone. Thanks again NGE.

  I have been looking for a great company to service my HVAC needs. NGE is very professional and fixed all of my issues quickly, efficiently, and at a very reasonable price. You can count on their techs to be friendly and knowledgeable. The most important part is when they finished the job, the problem was fixed. I highly recommend this company.
