The guy that came to my house was a ripoff. My unit was not on, he did not look at anything. He just told me he was going to replace both outside and inside unit because they are mismatch. He even wanted to change my blower without looking at it. I told him about the phone diagnosis from my retired repair man and what the estimated cost would be. He absolutely did not care. All he wanted was to sell me a new unit for $5,000.00. I will rather stay in an 85 degree house than use them.

Let me start out by saying that they did get AC working again. The service was 'prompt enough' and pricing okay, however method - questionable. I tried to post a pic here, but it won't allow - they replaced motor however did all wiring through the top of unit. So you see random wires sticking up through the unit and wired together. I did call and leave a message questioning how the work was completed but no response. I will be calling someone else next time.

Installed a new heat pump and couldn't have been more satisfied. John is very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process. I would highly recommend him and his staff for all your heating and cooling needs. I give him 5 stars and 2👍👍

John is very hands on throughout the whole installtion. His crew was very respectful. He got the job done in a timely fashion. He also helped me save money on my ac unit.

Very pleased! I just got a new system installed, and it works great! We have went through multiple other companies to try to get a new system, but John Anderson was the only company that was able to work with us, and make a custom system for our mobile home. He also gave us lots of other tips on things that we could do to improve our energy efficiency. His crew that came out to do the work were also very nice, knowledgeable, and hard working. Thank you.
