  I am a larger person and was shopping for a bike that was a little more heavy duty but still reasonably priced. I called another area bike shop before calling North Central and they were rude, short and right away said they couldn't help me. I googled and found North Central and was right away pleased with them. Not only was Mike informative of my different options but he also called the manufacturer of the bike he was reccomending to confirm that this would in fact suit my needs. He took time to put the proper air in the tires and adjust the seat to my comfort and allowed me to take the bike for a test ride before making my decision. It was a great experience and we will be back in a week or so to purchase a second bike for my husband.

  Wonderful to do business with. Was under a time crunch of a few days and they pulled through in a pinch for a wonderful birthday present for my wife. Excellent staff and service team that was focused on what we were looking for and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a great experience. Highly recommend for sales and service. The new(er) ownership (Oct, 2015) and staff was very focused on providing multiple options and helped me finalize a decision.
  
  I have purchased bikes from a number of sources and feel that this was by far my best experience.

  Love the new owners! They are so friendly and really know what they are doing! They also seem to be doing really cool new things with the store that I am super excited to see. Their bikes are outstanding, they have the highest quality!
