  Susan is very knowledgeable and provides a very comfortable environment. She spent a good amount of time explaining the details of every jacket I tried on. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything, In the end I came out buying a jacket for my budget that suited my need. I Highly recommend Dainese Chicago, and ask for Susan.

  I don't need to go into the quality of the gear. If you know motorcycles, you know Dainese. That said, Schaumburg is loaded with tons of bike gear shops. But the others cannot touch the amount of gear, the selection and the service the D-store offers. And by service, I don't mean friendliness, the others definitely excel in that too, it's the knowledge of their product, it's purpose. They know how to be a CLOTHING store that specializes in protection. It's not dirty, they have real changing rooms. They almost always has a size that will fit you perfect (I'm 5'4" male, impossible to find gear that fits LOCALLY anywhere but locally). Prices are right in line with the zilla, the only con is the 10% tax, but that's not really fault on the store. I have gladly bought many items there, to always have a place to ride through, have some free food and coffee watch Moto GP and have access to a wide selection of every gear (try buying pants anyway else if you're not over 5'6" as a male in the area).
  
  I know this sounds like a sales pitch, but every time I've tried switching to different brands in the last 3 years I've been shopping here, but always went back. I want to switch to other brands, but never wanna buy just gear to wait for it to return and reshipped if it doesn't fit or more specifically I don't like it (although I have been lucky and have yet to have this issue ordering from the zilla, but never clothing gear).

  I am a new rider. Walked in and had such a wonderful experience. Shout out to Nick who was professional and really helped me out with gear. He was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. The store itself looks amazing. Huge motorcycle gear selection and excellent customer service! Thank you, guys!
